Show how to create a custom control with transparent background.
Notice that this doesn't work in wxGTK currently.

The black rectangle drawn in EVT_PAINT handler in the sample prevented the
custom background from showing through the wxStaticBitmap. Maybe it was
initially done intentionally but this makes the sample look broken so just
don't do this.

This method provides a simple way to set a background bitmap without defining
an EVT_ERASE_BACKGROUND handler and, more importantly, one that works
correctly in wxMSW for a window with children as it paints the background of
transparent children too.
Add a test of this method to the erase sample.

This control explains better what is going on in the sample and also allows to
test whether wxStaticText itself has properly transparent background (this is
not currently the case under MSW).

Standardize on using sample.rc and sample icon in all the samples, it was
confusing that some of them used it and other didn't, without any apparent
logic.
Remove the now unnecessary icon files, including the dialogs sample icon which
seemed to be corrupted (this closes#11146).
Also replace multiple OS/2 resource files with a single one in the sample
directory. The OS/2 projects/makefiles would need to be updated to use them.
Remove dialogs sample icon.

GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

Made wxUniv scrollbars not accept any focus
if they are owned by the window (in contrast
to stand alone scrollbars).

Added wxControlStr to data.cpp.
Fixed scrolling for window with a border. The
area which was copied was off by the border
width sometimes.
Added two more AddTool() variants to wxToolBar
when used with universal. It compiles now,
but doesn't work...
