8da2fe32f9 The --enable-rpath configure option doesn't work the same way it did 
before.  Work around that by specifying the rpath option myself on the
setup.py command-line.

e4bb599887 Revamped automated build system to use a Python script for the master 
control script, make parallel builds the only way to do it
(facilitated by the taskrunner module) split out the guts of build-all
into separate scripts, etc.

a74ed7047f Python App bundles built on Jaguar won't run on Panther because of the 
different paths to the Python.app so we need to differentiate the two
builds for the docs-demo disk image.

96d49f0eea Added limited support for wxEventLoop (you can't derive from a 
wx.PyEventLoop version yet...)  Updated and moved the sample showing
how to replace the MainLoop to samples/mainloop/mainloop.py.

36e910973a Add a set of scripts that can be used to build and upload the 
distributable binaries for all platforms all from a single
command-line on a single machine.  Will probably also be used for a
daily build cron job.

81de4ba3ad Add "inplace" build option that allows the distribution to be built 
from witin the current source tree instead of rewuiring the
wxPythonSrc tarball.  (Currently it still needs the Docs and Demo
tarballs to make a full build, but it can skip those parts if the
tarballs are not available.)

fc576e8d26 Don't accidentally instal the MSVCRT.dll from XP as it wont' work on 
Win98.  Use a set from CVS instead of from the SYSDIR.
