11c2b0413a Add wxUSE_RIBBON to wx/setup_inc.h and wx/chkconf.h. 
wxUSE_RIBBON was apparently added to the different wx/*/setup.h files manually
instead of being added to wx/setup_inc.h and regenerating the rest, correct it.

Also check that it is defined in wx/chkconf.h.

d30ef76952 get rid of __WXCOCOA__ check in common CreateLogTarget(), the right way to do this is to override wxUSE_LOG_DIALOG option in wxCocoa-specific chkconf.h

07b1232d2c moved wxUSE_CRASHREPORT checks to wx/msw/chkconf.h; added it to setup.h.in so that it gets defined (always as 0 as mingw32 doesn't support it anyhow) for configure builds too
