3e0071d949 Fix buffer overrun in Linux/x86_64 (Pixel is a 64 bit long, passing 
a 32 bit int pointer to XtVaGetValues will cause trouble). Using a long
should suffice. A configure test would be better.

7ce6cc9b8e unified wxFRAME_EX_CONTEXTHELP and wxDIALOG_EX_CONTEXTHELP in a single wxWS_EX_CONTEXTHELP and changed its value to avoid conflict with wxWS_EX_TRANSIENT (this resulted in all progress dialogs having useless context help button in their title bar)

ef43e62e77 reverted the move of wxComboBox styles from wx/defs.h to wx/combobox.h, a lot of existing code (including wxChoice implementation inside wx itself) uses these styles without including wx/combobox.h

ff3e84ffdc File/dir dialog styles and other changes (patch 1488371): 
- check invalid combinations of styles in wxFileDialogBase::Create()
- use wxFD_XXX naming convention for wxFileDialog styles
- replaces wxDD_NEW_DIR_BUTTON with wxDD_DIR_MUST_EXIST
- removes #ifdef __WXGTK24__ / #endif blocks from wxGTK code
- removes wxFileDialogBase::Get/SetStyle and wxFileDialogBase::m_fileName
- renames wxDirDialogGTK to wxDirDialog

761a108c3b wxGTK2 compiles fine with {G,PANGO}_DISABLE_DEPRECATED. Define them to catch deprecated function usage for older 
glib/pango versions and/or other systems. Is there a better place for this than defs.h?

644e896d3f don't take wxID_NONE inside #if wxABI_VERSION check: it's (going to be) used inside the library itself and, anyhow, there is no harm in letting even the user code compiled with lower than current wxABI_VERSION to see it

996994c714 Allow displaying Japanese character with wxMotif/ANSI under a 
Japanese EUC-JP locale:

- add a #define (wxMOTIF_NEW_FONT_HANDLING) defaulting to
  off
- factor the code for getting text extents in a central
  wxGetTextExtent function
- when the new font handling is enabled load a fontset instead of
  a single font. For non-Japanese locales this should load a fontset
  containing a single font.
- on a Japanese locale set the default point size to 15: the Japanese
  fonts I have are much more readable like this.
- do not set the wordwrap property for multiline wxTextCtrl with
  OpenMotif 2.1, otherwise it crashes when text is added
