0f90ec9365 Crude hack to enable PageUp/DownKeys when controlbar is enabled. 
Needs improvement, but better than no keyboard support at all.

2a47d3c193 Doc mods; fixed return non-processing problem; fixed toolbar sizing problems 
(incl. MDI area clipping); put wxPrintPaperDatabase, wxPrintPaperType into prntbase.cpp
since it's needed in non-PostScript WIN16 for the generic page setup dialog;
corrected some 16-bit makefiles

34138703c3 Changes mostly as a result of __WXSTUBS__ compilation. The stubs code now 
compiles under Windows with VC++. Also OGL enhancements espec. wxDrawnShape.
