This method is only used, and defined, when using rich edit controls, so don't
declare it if wxUSE_RICHEDIT==0.
This should fix a link error in this build variant.

Override newer and more flexible virtual method: this doesn't change anything
yet but will allow to provide default handling for some messages in a single
overridden method in the future commits, when it would have required to also
override MSWDefWindowProc() with the old method.
Since the changes to use IRichEditOleCallback in wxMSW wxTextCtrl (i.e.
bd650ec3d9 in master), wxEVT_CONTEXT_MENU was
not sent for it any more as the control consumed it after using the callback.
Send the event manually before the default handling takes place to fix this.
Windows CE doesn't seem to be supported by Microsoft any longer. Last CE
release was in early 2013 and the PocketPC and Smartphone targets supported by
wxWidgets are long gone.
The build files where already removed in an earlier cleanup this commit
removes all files, every #ifdef and all documentation regarding the Windows CE
support.

In wxMSW, use IRichEditOleCallback::GetContextMenu() to provide our
default context menu for rich text controls, instead of using
EVT_CONTEXT_MENU.
The latter completely overrides native control's handling and in
particular breaks Windows 8's builtin spellchecking support.
Fall back to the previous non-OLE code for older richtext versions.
Also make the new MSWCreateContextMenu() method virtual so that the
context menu can be customized.

Most importantly, this allows us to remove all MSLU-related stuff.
Some functions which were previously loaded dynamically can now be just used
directly, too.

Allow calling this function not only from inside DoWriteText(): first, because
the existing code could be doing this (although this is only a concern in 3.0
branch as it was made private in the trunk) and second because it could
actually happen if the text limit was exceeded by user typing in the control.

There is no need to do it as this is done by DoWriteText() and
AdjustSpaceLimit() doesn't work correctly if called from outside of it now.
Because of this, also make it private to prevent other accidental calls to it.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

This reverts r72978, 72984, 72989 and 72992. Do not use wxNOEXCEPT for
wxTextCtrl dtor as this breaks compilation of any user-defined classes
inheriting from it unless they use wxNOEXCEPT as well and the benefits
(fixing a harmless warning for the niche ICC compiler) are just not worth
the compatibility breakage.

This fixes warnings from Intel compiler about overriding function using a
different exception specification than the base one and also incidentally
provides a handy macro that can be useful in other situations.

Split this overly long function into MSWSetCharFormat() and MSWSetParaFormat().
No real changes otherwise except for the use of PARAFORMAT instead of
PARAFORMAT2 if wxUSE_RICHEDIT2 is not set as it was certainly intended (but
the fact that nobody complained about this problem means that nobody must be
compiling without wxUSE_RICHEDIT2 by now so arguably we should just remove it
completely).

Set m_verRichEdit to a different value for the version 4.1 of the control as
it behaves subtly differently from the previous versions.
Also clarify that value of 2 is used for both 2.0 and 3.0 versions of the
control.
No real changes yet.

Using WM_SETFONT seemed to work with rich edit controls but in fact it
doesn't, it only changes the font used by the control initially apparently but
it can be reset later.
Use EM_SETCHARFORMAT which is more reliable.

This commit doesn't introduce any changes in the control behaviour, it simply
moves the existing method to the base class because it is not MSW-specific.
Also implement wxTextCtrlBase::GetClassDefaultAttributes() because if a class
implements GetDefaultAttributes() it should implement it as well.

wxTextCtrl and wxSearchCtrl now get the correct border on wxMSW, and the wxRichTextCtrl sample
also now demonstrates correct borders.
