Mark the overridden virtual functions as being overridden.
Also reformat some methods to put them on several lines to prevent the lines
from becoming way too long.
wxSystemThemedControl allows to use the "system theme" (i.e. the theme used by
the system applications such as file manager and which can, surprisingly, be
different from the default one). Currently it is only implemented for wxMSW
and does nothing under the other platforms.
Use wxSystemThemedControl for wxDataViewCtrl, wxListCtrl and, optionally, if
wxTR_TWIST_BUTTONS style is specified, wxTreeCtrl to give them more native
appearance under MSW.

The code was confused about the difference between the model and view columns
indices and incorrectly used the former as the latter, which could result in
an out of bound array access.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

We could keep using the column previously used for sorting even after
UnsetAsSortKey() was called on it. Ensure that this doesn't happen by
resetting the owner wxDataViewCtrl sort column index too.

Have an explicit per-column dirty flag and use that to determine whether
we need to call wxHeaderCtrl::UpdateColumn(). Previously, the lack of
computed best width was used as an indicator, but this didn't work
correctly if some code called GetWidth() after invalidation but before
wxDataViewCtrl::UpdateColWidths() was called at idle time. This resulted
in header's column widths getting out of sync with the control itself.

This function is called in many places in the code with possibly invalid (i.e.
out of range) row, so handle it gracefully inside it in virtual list control
case. This is consistent with the behaviour in non-virtual case and with that
of GetRowByItem().

Provide wxDataViewCtrl::SetAlternateRowColour() to specify the colour to use
for odd rows explicitly but determine it automatically from the background
colour if no explicit colour was specified.

This is more consistent with other wxDVC methods (taking column pointer
as its argument) and other DVC-like classes where the name EditLabel()
is used for similar purposes.

The sort indicator on the column previously used for sorting was only reset
when the user clicked on the column header (by wxDataViewHeaderWindow code
that explicitly called wxDataViewCtrl::SetSortingColumnIndex()) but not when
wxDataViewCtrl::SetSortOrder() was called directly.
Fix this and take care of updating everything in SetSortOrder() itself. This
makes the code simpler and also means that calling SetSortOrder() from the
program now works as expected (it resulted in having sort indicators in two
columns at once before).

The two member functions, SetAsSortKey() and SetSortOrder(), were doing almost
the same thing but differently and the former was only used in the generic
wxDataViewCtrl implementation and not implemented in the native GTK/OS X one.
Remove SetAsSortKey() entirely and only keep UnsetAsSortKey() which is still
needed by generic/MSW wxDataViewCtrl. But only SetSortOrder() should now be
called to indicate that the column is used for sorting.

wxDataViewCtrl::GetSelection() now always returns invalid item if more than
a single item is selected in a multi-selection control.
Also add HasSelection() and GetSelectedItemsCount() to allow checking if any
items are selected.
Updated the documentation, all ports and added a test for all these functions.

Current public API uses wxDataViewItem, this code dated back to 2.8.
They were now protected instead of public, the code wasn't used
anywhere and wasn't portable, it existed only in the generic version.

Allow changing the (fixed) row height without using wxDV_VARIABLE_LINE_HEIGHT
which may slow down the control display too much.
The new method is not implemented for the native GTK and OS X implementations
yet but should be simple to implement there.

There are no real changes in this commit but it removes all trailing white
space from our source files. This avoids problems when applying patches and
making diffs and it would be nice to prevent it from reappearing.

Current item is the same as the selected item in single selection mode but in
multiple selection mode there was no way to neither get this item nor change
it before so add the new functions to allow doing this now.
The new methods are implemented for the generic, GTK and OS X/Cocoa versions
but only stubs are provided for OS X/Carbon.

As all the other wxWidgets controls take the parameter in their ctor/Create()
it's unexpected that wxDataViewCtrl does not. Add the name parameter and pass
it to wxWindowBase::CreateBase() as usual.

This commit adds no changes in functionality but paves way for the upcoming
improvements of wxDataViewCustomRenderer.
First, introduce wxDataViewCustomRendererBase class in order to allow
implementing behaviour common to custom renderers in all ports in this class
instead of triplicating it.
This required splitting monolithic dataview.h in more parts, now we have
wx/dvrenderer.h which defines wxDataViewRendererBase and the new
wxDataViewCustomRendererBase and includes wx/port/dvrenderer.h which define
wxDataViewRenderer and wx/port/dvrenderers.h which defines all the other
renderer classes.
Also bring renderers hierarchy in the generic version closer to other ports:
all standard renderer classes now inherit from wxDataViewRenderer and not
wxDataViewCustomRenderer in for consistency with the other ports.
wxDataViewRenderer itself still does derive from wxDataViewCustomRendererBase,
unlike elsewhere, but this is unavoidable considering that all generic
renderers are custom ones.
Finally do some cleanup in OS X part of the code: correct indentation,
spacing, comment style.

Implemented ellipsization in the generic, GTK and both OS X Carbon and Cocoa
versions but it currently doesn't work well in GTK as it changes the item
alignment unconditionally, this will need to be fixed later.
The behaviour for the columns is currently inconsistent between ports too:
under MSW they (natively) use wxELLIPSIZE_END, under GTK -- wxELLIPSIZE_NONE
and under OS X the same ellipsization mode as the column contents, i.e.
wxELLIPSIZE_MIDDLE by default.

wxDataViewCustomRenderer::RenderText() taking attributes must use correct
colour for the selected items if no attribute is specified as it can be (and
is) called directly and not only via the compatibility overload.
This fixes the display of the selected items in the dataview sample broken by
recent changes.

After the fixes in the previous commit it is finally possibly to make the
progress renderer expand to the entire cell area instead of taking a
fixed width, it is enough to simply override RenderWithAttr() instead of
Render() and ignore the alignment as this avoids the use of (arbitrary and
hardcoded) wxDataViewProgressRenderer::GetSize().

Instead of using wxDataViewRenderer::GetSize() and rendering the cell into the
appropriate part of the rectangle, pass the full rectangle and the alignment
of the cell contents in it to the renderer itself.
This fixes the bug with bold text being truncated in the "attributes" column
of the dataview sample and is also generally more flexible as the renderer may
decide itself what to do with the extra space.
It also somewhat reduces the code duplication between CreateItemBitmap() and
OnPaint().

There is no reason to have a separate class for rendering the text honouring
the attributes defined for it, wxDataViewTextRenderer itself already does this
perfectly well.

number of columns in it, it turns out that getting column information from
the associated control is much easier than copying it into the control.
- Provide wxHeaderCtrlSimple derived class which can be used easily if
callback approach of wxHeaderCtrl is not needed.
- Because of wxHeaderCtrl virtualization, port-specific implementations of
wxHeaderColumn are not needed any more and were removed.
- Use wxHeaderCtrl in the generic wxDataViewCtrl: this means that column
events are broken right now in it as they haven't been implemented by
wxHeaderCtrl yet, this will be fixed a.s.a.p.
