ba81782ac3 Document wxSpinDoubleEvent class. 
Add documentation for the class itself and the associated EVT_SPINCTRLDOUBLE
macro.

Patch by Carsten Fuchs.

Closes #12520.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.

See #12165.

42427d8950 Document wxSpinCtrlDouble in correct header file. 
The public header for this class is wx/spinctrl.h, but it was documented in
wx/generic/spinctrg.h which didn't even correspond to an existing real header
file (which is called spinctlg.h). Move the documentation to wx/spinctrl.h and
remove the old file.

Closes #11548.

242ec2f7e9 really, really fix handling Enter in spin controls: only request it for the control if wxTE_PROCESS_ENTER is used to avoid breaking the use of Enter for the default item activation if it isn't; also document wxTE_PROCESS_ENTER style for wxSpinCtrl and add it to the sample
