a6f762a646 replaced "CC = gcc" and even stranger "CPP = gcc -g" (huh?) with 
"CXX = $(shell wx-config --cxx)" in all makefile.unx

f6656ccb14 replaced wx-config --cflags with wx-config --cxxflags and mentioned that 
it must be done in user makefiles too in changes.txt

50567b69d6 1. improved wxKill() implementation for Win32 
2. added wxKillError output parameter to wxKill
3. added wxProcess::Kill() and Exists()
4. documented all the new stuff
5. updated the sample to show it

6ba636000f 1. some more tests in console 
2. added wxFileType::GetOpenCommand() demo in the exec sample
3. "fixed" the error messages from wxExecute() - still no idea why it happens
   though :-(

cd6ce4a90c 1. wxProcess changes to make capturing subprocess output easier (and more 
reliable), now works in both sync and async modes
2. wxSafeYieldBug() corrected, wxWindowDisabler which is now used in it
   added and documented
3. exec sample updated to illustrate capturing the subprocess output
4. wxStreamBase::IsOk() added
5. wxInputStream::Eof() added and non-blocking Eof() implementation in
   wxPipeInputStream used by wxExecute
