e6ae733061 Added "stand-ins" for a couple of Pango (Owen Taylor's multilingual text 
rendering engine, used by gtk+ 1.3 widgets) types, and added

3f8e5072f7 Small fixes for Tex2RTF but alas, we still get memory problems. 
Added wxUSE_MFC setting (doesn't include windows.h, removes own memory
tracing); added include <ctype.h> in case where PCH isn't used;
wxExit now exits :-)

be2577e4e6 wxSizer patches by Alexander Smishlajev <als@turnhere.com> 
Adds some wxALIGN_* flags to increase ability to position item
    within its allotted space.

    Adds wxSHAPED flag that enforces proportional resizing on growable
    items.

    Adds a sample and updated documentation.
