0fdc2321bc Implement basic MVC logic (change an item in one 
view and all views update themselves) and made
   wxDataViewToggleCell react to mouse clicks as a
   test for that (generic code).

0cc70962a1 Made wxList::compatibility_iterator a class in wxUSE_STL == 0 case too instead 
of a simple typedef to "Node *" to be able to initialize it with NULL in ctor
which makes the behaviour of the code with and without wxUSE_STL the same.


The price to pay is that the code like

	wxList:compatibility_iterator ci;
	ci = cond ? list->GetFirst() : wxList::compatibility_iterator();

doesn't compile any more and has to be replaced with (more clear anyhow)

	wxList:compatibility_iterator ci;
	if ( cond )
		ci = list->GetFirst();

ef1717a963 wxDisplay cleanup/rewrite: 
- wxDisplay is now a concrete class and uses a pImpl-based design
- got rid of four duplicate but subtly different versions of trivial
  single display-only wxDisplay implementation (but 2 versions of Mac
  Classic and Mac CoreGraphics implementations each still remain...)
- assorted code simplifications and memory leaks fixes

6b775e666c On WinCE, generic font dialog didn't work because the point size wxChoice 
menu went off the display. Now a wxSpinCtrl is used. Also fixed the preview
window in PDA mode (was invisible).

9a71e770e1 Cast to void* before casting to Node** to make the compiler do no strict-aliasing assumptions, and suppress a warning 
if -fstrict-aliasing (enabled with -O2, -O3 and -Os unless forced off as is planned for the time being) is used.

Also return NULL instead of 0 in the same GetNodePtr, as the return type is a pointer, not integer.

8dc6614e60 Fix wxComboBox constructors after keyboard access commit, not all constructors were setting the parent container pointer. Added Init method and put all the constructors together in the header (rather than being split between h and cpp)
