d48f13a168 Allow building wxGTK under Windows with MSVC. 
Replace a few more __WXMSW__ tests with __WINDOWS__ ones and modify bakefiles
to allow specifying the toolkit to be built in wxMSW makefiles.

Closes #13902.

3dd3049516 Only use Unix/X11-specific files under Unix in wxGTK. 
No real changes for now, this is another commit in preparation for wxGTK under
MSW support.

0e1f8ea4a3 Remove wxMGL port. 
The company behind MGL toolkit (SciTech) doesn't exist since several years and
this port is not used by anybody, so remove it to ease maintenance burden.

ea10101a15 Link tests with webview library only if it is actually available. 
This allows the tests to build again even on the machines without the
prerequisites for building wxWebView.

524cb04066 Add new wxTreeListCtrl class. 
This is a facade for wxDataViewCtrl allowing to easily work with multi-column
trees, possibly with an optional checkbox in the first column. Its API is very
similar to wxTreeListCtrl and it provides a simple migration path from the
latter.

Add the class itself, documentation for it and minimal unit tests.

232fdc630c Merge the new GUI tests from SOC2010_GUI_TEST branch. 
Add a lot of tests for many wx GUI classes.

Add tests using the new wxUIActionSimulator class but disable them under OS X
as too many of them currently fail there.

Refactor the test suite to make organizing the existing tests and adding the
new ones easier.

Improve documentation using the information gathered while testing the
classes. Also update the documentation of the testing system itself.

c9554803fa No changes, just rebaked and reran autoconf. 
It seems that autoconf_inc.m4 hadn't been regenerated by a previous change as
rerunning bakefile_gen resulted in a lot of changes in it, do it now without
any other changes to ensure that the next commit only contains the changes due
to its modification of files.bkl.

6b8ef0b35d Merge SOC2009_FSWATCHER branch into trunk. 
Merges everything from the branch with only some minor changes, mostly renamed
wxUSE_FSWATCHER_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE} to wxHAS_{INOTIFY,KQUEUE}.

Add wxFileSystemWatcher and related classes.

Also introduces wxEventLoopSource.

8ea1300ff5 Rebake using pre-release version of bakefile 0.2.7. 
They should fix the problem with monolithic build of wx (see #11231).

Notice that trivial changes to VC9 project files are not being committed so
the makefiles are currently not quite consistent but it shouldn't matter as
they will be all regenerated soon when bakefile 0.2.7 is really released.

d33ccbe15c Rebaked everything with bakefile 0.2.6 after wxRibbon merge. 
0.2.5 versions of some makefiles were checked in, regenerate them using 0.2.6.

Also regenerate configure after autoconf_inc.m4 was updated.

c6684d425d Use "d" suffix according to DEBUG_RUNTIME_LIBS, not DEBUG_FLAG. 
The "d" suffix is now only used under Windows and indicates that we link with
debug CRT version.
