- Introduced GTKGetWindow() which returns all GdkWindows associated with the
given wxWindow
- Renamed IsOwnGtkWindow() to GTKIsOwnWindow() to avoid confusion with the old
virtual function (the new one is non-virtual and is implemented in terms of
GTKGetWindow())
- Refactored/simplified event handlers code in gtk/window.cpp
- Fixed some header guards names (__GTKFOO__ -> _WX_GTK_FOO_H_)
- Added GTKUpdateCursor() which sets the current cursor for all windows
returned by GTKGetWindow()
- Factored out code from many different classes in wxControl::OnInternalIdle()
which now updates the cursor, checks for internal focus and sends update UI
events

* Added calls to InvalidateBestSize where things affecting BestSize
are modified. There are probably several other places where this
still needs to be done...
* Added wxWindowBase::GetBestFittingSize that will merge the BestSize
into the MinSize, (if any) and return the result.
* SetBestFittingSize will now only set the MinSize to the value that
was passed to it, without merging in the BestSize

InheritAttributes and ApplyWidgetStyle there, and added a call to
SetInitialBestSize. Also removed calls to Show from Create since
PostCreation already does it.

old code which didn't send them anyhow removed). It also allows to veto the
changes, but this feature is not portable and as such is not documented.
2. wxBitmapBuuton doesn't lose its bitmap any more
3. wxImage::ConvertToBitmap() doesn't crash if image is !Ok() but just
returns wxNullBitmap.
4. wxProgressDialog looks much nicer under Windows and its estimated/elapsed/
remaining time fields actually show some non random numbers now
5. MDI client window doesn't flicker because wxMDIParentFrame doesn't position
it at (0, 0) first before moving it to correct location
6. other minor fixes...

tried to find a bug in html which was somewhere else,
added wxYield() call to wxBeginBusyCursor() which
should make the cursor appear immediately,
corrected wxMiniFrame so that clicking on the titlebar
makes it come to the front
Used CreateBase() in all controls

Removed cmndlgs usage of wxSizer and constraints

Added Unicode tests to typetests (not finished)
Compile fix for wxString in Unicode mode - we have
to use the "experimental" printf then, I guess.
