8e85c4e4ad Document that wxRadioBox::SetSelection() doesn't accept wxNOT_FOUND. 
A radio box always has selection and it can't be unset (at least not under all
platforms), so document that the item passed to its SetSelection() must be
valid, unlike with SetSelection() methods in some other classes.

Closes #15233.

ce7fe42e84 Provide shorter synonyms for wxEVT_XXX constants. 
Use the same short names as are used by the event table macros for the event
type constants themselves. This makes them much more comfortable to use, e.g.
Bind(wxEVT_BUTTON) compared to Bind(wxEVT_COMMAND_BUTTON_CLICKED).

The old long names are still kept for backwards compatibility and shouldn't be
removed as it doesn't really cost anything to continue providing them, but all
new event types should only use the short versions.

Closes #10661.

bd362275b8 Remove Palm OS port. 
The platform targeted by this port doesn't exist any more and the port never
achieved really working state so remove the code to avoid having to maintain
it.

18ff59a401 Correct documentation of majorDimension in wxRadioBox ctor. 
The default value of this parameter is 0, not 1. Also add the explanation of
what using 0 actually means.

526954c596 Globally use "wxWindows licence" consistently. 
Use "wxWindows licence" and not "wxWidgets licence" (the latter doesn't
exist) and consistently spell "licence" using British spelling.
