Vadim Zeitlin 029a401d74 Make wxWindow::HasScrollbar() respect wxScrolled::ShowScrollbars(). ... Override CanScroll() in wxScrolled to return the real state of the scrollbar instead of just relying on the wx[HV]SCROLL styles.
