Vadim Zeitlin 1f6fae0f3f Define unambiguous Is{List,Text}Empty() in wxOwnerDrawnComboBox. ... Like in wxComboBox itself, it's useful to provide these methods to avoid problems with ambiguous IsEmpty(), inherited from both wxTextEntry and wxItemContainer.
