Vadim Zeitlin 951201d81c Add wxString::FromDouble() and FromCDouble(). ... wxString::FromCDouble() is needed inside wxWidgets itself to format numbers independently of the current locale. FromDouble() was added for symmetry with ToDouble/ToCDouble() functions.
