wxWidgets/include/wx/msw/gauge95.h
Julian Smart a047aff270 Added wxBORDER_THEME, wxWindow::GetDefaultBorderForControl(), wxWindow::CanApplyThemeBorder().
wxTextCtrl and wxSearchCtrl now get the correct border on wxMSW, and the wxRichTextCtrl sample
also now demonstrates correct borders.
