Václav Slavík c5d4360fc9 Add lambda-friendly wxDialog::ShowWindowModalThenDo(). ... Add a convenience ShowWindowModalThenDo() variant of ShowWindowModal() that takes a functor argument and calls it when the dialog is closed.
