a67df7fd03 fix cmake and premake build systems, after adding texture support in SDF, 
in a nutshell, add the following two files:

examples/Importers/ImportMeshUtility/b3ImportMeshUtility.cpp
examples/ThirdPartyLibs/stb_image/stb_image.cpp
