ejcoumans 121fd7808e Changed BulletMultiThreaded Thread Support to be passed in, rather then global 'Win32ThreadSupport'/'Libspe2ThreadSupport' etc.
This allows developer to hookup Bullet to a custom task scheduler, by deriving from btThreadSupportInterface.
