_dl_aux_init.
* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ldsodefs.h (DL_FIND_AUXV): Removed.
(HAVE_AUX_VECTOR): Defined.
(_dl_aux_init): Declared.
* manual/Makefile (TEXI2PDF): Change to texi2dvi --pdf.
