d719a3d877 textbtree: Return tags in a GPtrArray 
One of the callers prefers that, it lets us avoid
copying the array in one place, and generally makes
for better code.

a8c6ae6085 texttag: Support overline and hyphenation control 
Add support for recently added Pango attributes
for overlines and hyphenation control. The new
properties of GtkTextTag are
overline, overline-rgba, allow-breaks, show-spaces
and insert-hyphens.

cc7ae525ef texttag: avoid use of g_signal_emit_by_name() 
This avoids looking up the signal by name and instead uses the saved
signal identifier from gtktexttagtable.c

4c150d8eb5 The big versioning cleanup 
Remove all the old 2.x and 3.x version annotations.
GTK+ 4 is a new start, and from the perspective of a
GTK+ 4 developer all these APIs have been around since
the beginning.

d65d5d0a84 gtktexttag: Remove GtkTextTag::event and gtk_text_tag_event() 
GtkSourceView is not using it, so it's unneeded. And it's certainly
diving deep into event internals of GtkTextView which hinders a proper
gesturization.

43c212ac28 build: Enable -Wswitch-enum and -Wswitch-default 
This patch makes that work using 1 of 2 options:

1. Add all missing enums to the switch statement
  or
2. Cast the switch argument to a uint to avoid having to do that (mostly
   for GdkEventType).

I even found a bug while doing that: clearing a GtkImage with a surface
did not notify thae surface property.

The reason for enabling this flag even though it is tedious at times is
that it is very useful when adding values to an enum, because it makes
GTK immediately warn about all the switch statements where this enum is
relevant.
And I expect changes to enums to be frequent during the GTK4 development
cycle.

6e178aede2 Use GdkRGBA for text attributes 
Now that GtkTextAttributes is private, we can clean this struct
up a bit. The first step is to switch from GdkColor to GdkRGBA,
and adapt all users.

28063ee2e4 textview: add support for underline and strikethrough colors 
This commit adds the GtkTextTag:underline-rgba and :strikethrough-rgba
properties and the necessary plumbing to apply these colors in GtkTextLayout.
With this change, you can alter the color of underlines including those
of type PANGO_UNDERLINE_ERROR.

You might want to alter the underline color to differentiate between
spelling and grammer mistakes. In code editors, it is convenient to
differentiate between errors and warnings.

Note that the GtkTextAppearance struct is public ABI and has no spare
room for new fields, so we are resorting to some tricky packing to store
the colors in the unused pixel field of the fg_color and bg_color structs.
This packing is accomplished by the macros in gtktextattributesprivate.h.

Move GtkWrapMode from GtkTextTag to the GtkTextView section. The wrap
mode property is in the text view.

Links to the "mark-set" and "mark-deleted" signals.
