Check that the touchpad gesture event has a matching number of fingers before
updating the GtkGesture point tracking, instead of afterwards. Avoids pointless
tracking of these touchpad events when we know beforehand that the gesture
will never be activated by the touchpad events.

This delaying of the cancel event was made to avoid intermediate cancellation
for >=2fg hold gestures followed by pinch/swipe gestures, and it worked as
long as everything was considered to have the same sequence.
Since each pinch/swipe pointer gesture now gets its own sequence, this no
longer applies, nor works. This results in zoom/rotate/swipe gestures being
stuck since the sequence for the touchpad events changes mid-gesture.
Sticking to this pattern of giving touchpad gestures their own sequence,
these hold events cannot be assumed to coalesce with other touchpad gestures,
it is better to let it propagate altogether so that both the hold gesture
and the incoming gesture trigger coherent begin and end/cancel phases.
In the worst case, this results in "::begin, ::cancel, ::begin , ..." before
triggering a touchpad gesture, but the extra begin/cancel ought to be a safe
no-op in widgets.

Those property features don't seem to be in use anywhere.
They are redundant since the docs cover the same information
and more. They also created unnecessary translation work.
Closes#4904
Hold gestures are used to bring existing gestures on touchpad
semantically closer to touchscreen gestures.
Touchpad gestures observe hold gestures with a matching amount of
fingers and emit their begin and end signals when fingers are detected
or removed on/from the touchpad.
When a hold cancel event is detected, it is required to wait a few
milliseconds until the next event(s) are received to avoid emitting
multiple begin signals.

Since the addition of GdkEventSequence in touchpad events, these
are now stored in the gesture using that sequence. This bit of touchpad
gesture handling was however missing to be updated, still looking up
the special NULL sequence.
Use the last sequence here, which will be the one coming from touchpad
gesture events.
Remove a boatload of "or %NULL" from nullable parameters
and return values. gi-docgen generates suitable text from
the annotation that we don't need to duplicate.
This adds a few missing nullable annotations too.
When a new sequence is added to a GtkGesture, its state is looked
in other gestures in the same group, and made to match in this
gesture. This however happened a bit too early, before the
gesture touchpoint was fully set up. As this may result in signal
emission and whatnot, it's a good idea to make it happen with a
fully set up touchpoint.

When claiming a sequence in a gesture signal handler,
the expected result is that GtkGesture::handle-event
returns TRUE, causing the event to not be propagated
further.
This doesn't work for button release events, since
gtk_gesture_handle_event does the following:
add point
emit ::update
remove point
check claimed status
The ::update signal is where the application code
claims the sequence. But removing the point purges
the sequence from the gestures memory, so checking
the claimed status returns FALSE.
This patch fixes things to behave as expected, by
checking the claimed status before removing the point.
The regular paths just emit ::end, which isn't the whole thing.
This gives an opportunity to gestures that are stolen the sequence
to clean themselves up.
Make GdkEvents hold a single GdkDevice. This device is closer to
the logical device conceptually, although it must be sufficient for
device checks (i.e. GdkInputSource), which makes it similar to the
physical devices.
Make the logical devices have a more accurate GdkInputSource where
needed, and conflate the event devices altogether.
When we stopped translating event coordinates in-place,
this function inadvertently started returning surface-relative
bounding boxes instead of widget-relative ones, as expected.
Fix this by using the widget-relative coordinates that we
already store.
Restructure the getters for event fields to
be more targeted at particular event types.
Update all callers, and replace all direct
event struct access with getters.
As a side-effect, this drops some unused getters.
We want to make events readonly, so stop translating
their coordinates and instead pass the translated
coordinates separately, when propagating events.
Touchpad gestures have only a single event sequence. The current
'center' of the gesture is the starting point + accumulated deltas.
Update gtk_gesture_get_bounding_box_center() accordingly.
This adds specific marshallers for all of the locations where a generic
marshaller is being used. It also provides va_marshallers to reduce the
chances that we get stack traces from perf going through ffi_call_unix64.
This is forward ported from gtk-3-24.

The claimed status check should happen after ::end is emitted,
as the gesture may deny the sequence that much late. In this
case the event should keep propagating.

Querying the event sequence of a gesture will always yield NULL for
non-touch events, but passing NULL in to calls to
gtk_gesture_get_last_event() is a perfectly valid use case.
We can avoid a signal connection per event controller (and the
EventControllerData struct) since every event controller knows the
widget it's attached to.
