bdb81d0bd1 Avoid re-use of QFileSystemMetaData instance in dir entry listing
We've observed that on machines with SELinux installed but disabled, the
behavior of readdir() changes slightly. In the case of tst_qdir's
entryList QDir::Hidden test case, the listing of the directory contents
returns DT_UNKNOWN for the files and (broken) symlink(s) that are
present. When SELinux is enabled, we do see DT_REG and DT_LNK. Our
fallback to DT_UNKNOWN however resets merely the knownFlags, it does not
reset entryFlags, as all the other cases do.

The bug comes when QDirIteratorPrivate::advance() re-uses the
QFileSystemMetaData instance across iterations, and this way we get the
entryFlags values from a previous iteration (with != DT_UNKNOWN) into
the evaluation of an entry with DT_UNKNOWN.

The more conservative approach to fixing this is here by assuming that
QFileSystemMetaData is not designed for re-use and re-initialize it
explicitly in the iteration.

e3cbf0f196 Cocoa: Get mouse position from the event
We want the coordinates for a mouse event to be the
position at the time of event generation, not the
current position.

This is a followup to 39be577c which fixed this for
some cases. This commit replaces all usages of
[NSEvent mouseLocation] with code that gets the location
from the event.

3379ace11b QDateTimeEdit: synchronize time-spec before initializing display
QDateTimeEdit ignores the time-spec of its date-time value, using its
own time-spec instead; mostly, this works because it first conforms
the value to its own time-spec. However, during construction, before
doing this, it set up its display data, which could leave it with a
different time (rather than a different representation of the given
time) than it was asked to use.

Moved the updateTimeSpec() calls to immediately after setting value in
QDateTimeEditPrivate::init() to ensure correct handling. Added test.

158781ff25 QSslSocket: respect read buffer's max size (SecureTransport)
1. QSslSocketBackendPrivate::transmit was ignoring 'readBufferMaxSize';
as a result, we can have a user trying to set read buffer's size
to a small value (and more important - reading slowly in a small
chunks from this socket), but SSL itself socket reading 'too fast',
potentially growing its internal buffer to a huge size. This also
results in auto-tests failing - whenever we're trying to limit read
rate in some test.

2. Update qsslsocket auto-test.

6af82fe9fd Windows: Fix crash when loading color fonts from data
When color fonts are loaded from data, the font returned will
be a DirectWrite engine even the hinting preference does not
require it. This would cause a crash as we unconditionally cast
the pointer to QWindowsFontEngine*.

Using GDI and the unique family name hack to load the font from
data works fine, but we need to make sure we reference count
the font resource in this case, so we have to implement the
setUniqueFamilyName() logic in the DirectWrite engine as well
for this specific case.

[ChangeLog][Windows] Fixed crash when loading color fonts from
data.

In sizeConstraints(), QLayout::takeAt(), as the name suggests, doesn't
actually delete the item. We have to do that ourselves.

Likewise, in replaceWidget(), QLayout::replaceWidget() also doesn't
delete the affected item, but returns it. That's spectacularly bad API
design, but the leak is easy to fix: just delete the return value.

8cd28ea885 QGuiApplication, platform plugins: don't modify AA_DontUseNativeMenuBar
The default should be false, meaning the application will prefer to
use a native menubar if the platform supports it. The application
author can set it to true if he wants to always use a Qt-rendered
menubar instead; or, he can call QMenuBar::setNativeMenuBar().
Qt and its plugins should not override the author's wishes.
Instead, if the platform plugin cannot create a native menubar
for whatever reason, createPlatformMenuBar() will return null,
and QMenuBar will fall back to using a Qt menubar instead.
The application can check the result via QMenuBar::isNativeMenuBar().

QMdiArea when maximized inside a QMainWindow with an empty title
does not replace the main window's title if we are using native menus.
This behavior turned out to be the same on Unity as it is on macOS,
so the autotest needed adjustment to expect that behavior whenever
the menubar is native, not only on certain platforms.

tst_QMenuBar::allowActiveAndDisabled() tests a standalone QMenuBar.
In f92f78094 it was disabled on macOS, but on Ubuntu it passes as
long as we force it to be a non-native menubar, so it should pass
that way on macOS too. Removed unused variable RESET to fix warning.

3ce07c3238 Fix Myanmar text with some fonts
In change db2764db34, we introduced
the requirement of having specific OpenType tables available
to certain fonts. Before, we would not require OpenType support
to use a font for Myanmar text, for instance, since this was
not listed as one of the languages requiring OpenType support.
This patch simply brings back the limitation that fonts are only
disqualified by missing tables if the language is one of the
ones we know to require OpenType.

31b3986e2d Fix DirectWrite engine when loading from data through QRawFont
The stretch, once it is passed to the font engine, is assumed to
be the horizontal scale needed to match the requested stretch
for the given font. When loading from data in QRawFont, there
is no way to specify this stretch; the scale should always be 1.

The effect of this was that when DirectWrite was backing a font
loaded through QRawFont directly from data, then the glyph images
would be scaled to 0xHEIGHT before they were returned, thus
they would be empty.

This was a regression caused by
ec7fee968f.

0889e9da20 QColor: provide QLatin1String overloads of functions taking QString
The inefficiency of QColor(const char*) came to light by
a recent refactoring which showed that the existing char*
overload of qt_get_hex_rgb() was never called.

So, provide a QLatin1String interface for named colors
that allows user code to reach that internal function
without converting to QString first.

a41393d0bc QColor: clean up qcolor_p.h
Only qt_get_hex_rgb(const char*, QRgb*) is used outside qcolor.cpp
(in qxpmhandler.cpp), so remove all other function declarations from
qcolor_p.h, and make the functions file-static in qcolor.cpp, removing
their qt_ prefix to avoid confusion.

Exception: it turned out that qt_get_named_rgb(const char *, QRgb*)
wasn't actually used anywhere, but a follow-up commit will fix this.
Adjust interface to that of the QChar overload (add explicit int len).

Simplify conditional compilation of QT_NO_COLORNAMES: move the ifdef
inside get_colornames, to avoid duplicating the declaration, and
remove the empty implementation of get_named_rgb, since their use is
already conditional on QT_NO_COLORNAMES not being defined.

and create a local QRectF variable to avoid repeating the same magic
numbers over and over again.

Fix by using the existing graphics widget pointer,
determined a line above to be equivalent to 'item',
for the removePopup() function call instead of
casting 'item' itself.

The rest of removePopup() appears to be well-behaved
and doesn't trigger any more UBSan errors, so it was
indeed just the cast which was undefined, no member
calls.
