Alessandro Portale 1fc8e089d8 Windows: devicePixelRatio aware QWindowsTheme::standardPixmap ... QWindowsTheme::standardPixmap() takes a size parameter which is in user space coordinates. This patch causes it to calculate the size in device pixels, to get the image from the OS in the correct resolution and to set the devicePixelratio of the returned pixmap accordingly.
