Rohan McGovern 32ae0d2bdd test: skip tst_QPrinter::testNonExistentPrinter for qpa
Since the test is irrelevant for Q_WS_X11 and Q_WS_QWS, it's almost
certainly irrelevant for Q_WS_QPA too.
