Current strategy: everything from the top
Things to look at first are the manual changes:
- added tools/rewrite_includes.py
- removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
- various compile.sh simplifications
- tweak tools/embed_resources.py
- update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
- update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
gets the header we want.

All of SkDrawCommand / SkDebugCanvas now uses SkJSONWriter.
Also removed the bespoke json generator and pretty-printer
in GrAuditTrail. This was the largest volume of code still
using JsonCPP. (There are other stragglers).

Debugger is the last user of the deprecated SkPaintFilterCanvas
constructor. Stop using it and remove the constructor.

I trimmed the libmicrohttpd sources and defines down to the minimum needed to build and run. This builds and runs on Linux and Android for me.
Request.h was missing an include for SkTypes.h, which supplies the default for SK_GPU_SUPPORTED if not otherwise defined.
To build on Android, exit() -> _exit().
build.py was unused.

With the move from SkData::NewXXX to SkData::MakeXXX most
SkAutoTUnref<SkData> were changed to sk_sp<SkData>. However,
there are still a few SkAutoTUnref<SkData> around, so clean
them up.
