96f6401789 harmonize rewrite-includes and gn-format checks
The CheckGeneratedFiles bot only required rewriting
.gn files, while the presubmit wants both .gn and .gni files.

It also appears that the #includes rewrite script runs on
both the presubmit and CheckGeneratedFiles bots.

These presubmits run on the CQ before landing right?
If so, no need for them in the CheckGeneratedFIles bot at all.

And of course, format .gni files.

45f94f8344 Reland: Initial checkin of GM verifier framework
The goal of the verifier framework is to enable opt-in checks of the
images produced by individual GMs. The basis of verification will be
comparing the rendered output of a GM against a source-of-truth image,
such as one generated by the CPU backend.

In the short term this can enable coarse-grained sanity checks for a
subset of GMs to catch e.g. egregious rendering bugs. In the longer term
this can provide an SkQP-style suite of tests that can be run across
many/all GMs to provide a vote of confidence in the rendering
correctness of new devices.

d352529216 incorporate r,g,b,a into shaderHash
Today's shader hash changes if the unordered set of {r,g,b,a} values we
produce changes, but is not sensitive to simple order changes like
sampling RGBA vs BGRA.

Folding in a hash of each value's ID in order will fix this.

This has been difficult to track down (thread-local caches),
so I've added a GM that reliably reproduces the bug.

08f1a25aad Add GM reproducing perspective failures
Modeled on https://codepen.io/adamdupuis/pen/qLYzqB, this GM creates a
cube of rectangles with the camera at the center. It animates the FOV
since the original chrome issue was most visible when resizing the page
(which then updated the fov of the perspective css transform).

This draws correctly with the raster backend. There are two issues it
causes with Ganesh:

1. The input coordinates of some of the cube faces have 0 or negative ws.
  - When negative, the current bounds code does not perform clipping and
just uses the mirrored point, which leads to misleading bounds.
  - When 0, the current bounds code produces infinities, and then GrOpsTask
discards the op with non-finite bounds.
2. The anti-aliasing code also ignores w <= 0, and so all of its screen
   space math is incorrect.

This causes a mix of completely discarded draws and distorted draws on the
GPU backend.

23e856f369 add GM for exercising interesting paths in SkVMBlitter
It's not drawing anything earthshattering, but it does act as an easy
way to exercise some interesting code paths in SkVMBlitter, here first
program caching based on shader program and not shader identity.

With today's shader caching patches, this makes 2 calls to
skvm::Builder::done(), JITing the program, while if you patched this in
at head you'd see 3. I'd like it to get down to 1 by converting paint
colors to color shaders.

0a1e9efa39 Don't use AA convex path renderer if direction can't be determined
Without the changes to GrShape and GrAAConvexPathRenderer, this new GM
would not draw the red circle at the center when using Ganesh. Raster
drew the red circle. The difference came about because they checked
convexity after transforming by the view matrix, and Ganesh checked
before.

With this particular path construction and the very large scale factor
on the CTM, the convexity calculator in local space computed small
enough edge vectors that it thought the contour backtracked on itself
instead of winding in a consistent direction.

The GrAAConvexPathRenderer would claim it could draw the convex path,
but later when actually preparing to draw, it would do nothing if it
turned out the convex path didn't have a direction. This CL updates it
so that the convex path renderer's canDraw() function matches what it
is actually able to draw.

There is the separate issue of the convexity/direction checking
precision.

9dc0b9e2f8 remove code now that loopers are dead (w.r.t. canvas and paint)
We can't remove the loopers themselves, as they are still used
by android and chrome (they just don't ever pass them to skia).

Eventually each of those clients will resolve this, but for now
we just keep the classes (and tests) in skia.

0c72ed3057 GrTessellator: fix for even/odd fill type and path holes.
When extracting contours for the even/odd fill type, connected holes
in the interior of a shape don't get rendered correctly.

The fix is to extract the subcontours separately from the outer contour.
To do this, we abort contour extraction the first time we re-encounter
the starting vertex. This causes the hole to be extracted as a
separate contour.

SampleBigGradient now has a gm shallow_gradient_linear.

SampleConcavePaths has a more complete gm concavepaths.

SamplePoints now has an almost exact gm.

RasterAllocatorSample is made into a gm so that it will be run by d. It
appears to be the only test of SkRasterHandleAllocator, so it should
probably run.

c4dbc3758f GrTessellator: improved straight skeleton implementation.
This patch improves the straight skeleton implementation used by
GrTessellator to collapse overlap regions in the alpha gradient border.
The resulting quality improvement can be seen in the
"thinconcavepaths" GM, for example, where the coverage values of
the "thin right angle", "thin rect and triangle" and "skinny snake"
are now lower and match the raster backend more closely. It also improves
correctness, such as on the linked Chromium bugs below.

Previously, the straight skeleton was performed using the same Vertex
and Edge classes used for tessellation, but this led to fragility in
maintaining the connectivity and ordering required by those classes.
Instead, that functionality has been moved to new SSEdge and SSVertex
classes. Their construction results in alternating SSVertex and
SSEdges around the boundary of the each overlap region, shrunk by one
SSEdge as the boundary collapses.

Applying events may now also create further events (chained events),
as intersections between newly-adjacent bisectors change the structure
of the skeleton. This is always calculated from the bisectors of
original boundary, not the shrunk boundary of the straight skeleton,
which is why each SSEdge points at its originating Edge. If the edges
are parallel or near-parallel, the bisector may be infinite. This is
handled by a new flavour of create_event(), which does a Line/Line
intersection (rather than an Edge/Edge intersection) to find the
intersection between the infinite bisector and an adjacent bisector.

Several ancillary bugs were fixed: the priority queue used to represent
edge events was sorting the inner edges incorrectly. These need to be
sorted in descending not ascending order of coverage. Its implementation
was moved from Skia's TDPQueue to std::priority_queue(), which is more
flexible in specifying a comparator.

check_for_intersection()'s partner synthesis code was moved into a new
function, compute_bisector(), also used by the chained skeleton events
code.

Degenerate edges are now removed during the simplify_boundary() pass.
They were previously detected but ignored, causing incorrect inner and
outer tangents to be computed in stroke_boundary().

An fSynthetic flag was added to Vertex, in order to detect vertices
which cannot be moved by an edge collapse event (e.g., intersections
with non-boundary edges, merged vertices, straight skeleton vertices).

More raw implementation notes:
Connect straight skeleton vertices as we find them, so we don't
have to use partnering (ss_connect()).
Only disconnect edges which are still alive after event application.
Add a check for near-parallel lines in compute_bisector().
Don't use edge type to determine direction to offset for bisectors.
The winding should already include this information.
Move Event ownership to SSEdge.
If we're down to the last two edges in a skeleton, don't check for events.
Add concave_arc_and_circle GM.
Add a collapsepaths GM.

low - chain of bilinear resamplings. 2x up/down except for one

medium - same as low
high - when both scale factors are up then same as low but with bicubic
filtering rather than linear. Otherwise, same as low.

753403cb64 Add new GM to verify Plots marked correctly during regenerate.
There was an issue on Android where a client was drawing a small bit of text,
and then a large chunk of text below it. On the next frame they started fading
out the text and then swapped out all of the large chunk of text. We were not
marking the Plot containing the small bit of text as still in use in this case,
so it was getting overwritten by later uploads. That bug has been fixed,
but this GM tests that codepath.

5ceda554f5 Fix stroked round capped circular arc batched with filled circle.
A stroked arc with round caps was batched with a filled circle. The circle op
code would choose a GeometryProcessor configuration that expected round cap
centers as vertex attributes. However, the tessellation code for the filled
circle would not put in dummy round cap centers and then didn't advance the
pointer into which vertex data was being written by the expected vertex
stride.

c32aeb326e Fix two GPU image filters handling of subset inputs
Added a GM that demonstrates the bug. Should draw a blur with
the center masked out, and a circular blurry shape that's
roughly the inverse. On raster, this was already the result.
On GPU, the blurred/eroded layer becomes a subset with an
origin other than (0,0), and that layer was shifted.

I *think* this is the correct fix - we are including 'offset'
in the texture matrices, but that's just based on the crop
rects and adjustments from each filter. We still need to adjust
the texture coords for the subsets themselves.

879dab87ab Improve degenerate 2pt conical gradient cases
This was originally a reland of "Fix div-by-zero loophole in gradient factory func", c34dd6c526, but:

The change caused blink layout tests when encountering very small or zero radii. The original patch switched the order of checking if the radii are equal and if the start radius was 0. In the case where both radii are 0, the original code created an actual radial gradient of radius 0 and the new code rejected the shader. This made me realize that the case when the center positions and the radii are the same can be handled more correctly than just always returning an empty shader, so the fix now applies simplifications to the gradient definition depending on the tile mode and should not trigger any blink tests. 0a0304c426 Add experimental API to draw a set of SkImages in one SkCanvas call.
The client provides a src and dst rect for each image as well as
a bitfield that indicates whether each edge of the image should be
antialiased. This per-edge AA is useful for tiled compositors.

Rather than take a full SkPaint this API only takes an alpha, a filter
quality (which is pinned to kLow), and a blend mode. This is a likely
point of future evolution.

Currently the API is only fully implemented for kSrcOver on the GPU
backend. With other blend modes or on other backends AA will be ignored
for images that do not have all four edge AA flags set.

72535fb55a Reland "Reland "Implement an explicit binary search-based analytic gradient colorizer""
This is a reland of f065907ccc

3rd time's the charm:

The new analytic gradient shader was sporadically triggering violations of the coverage as alpha
compatibility optimization. Unfortunately, even when using the same device and random seed for the
test, the bots did not always reproduce the error. However, we identified the likely cause of the
violation.

The test requires that all output channels are less than the input alpha, which it uses to validate
whether or not the shader is modulating its values by the input alpha. This test does not pass if
the RGB values are greater than 1. The original version of the analytic gradient shader used half4s
for its scale and bias values. Given the threshold limit for hardstops of 0.00024 (SkNearlyZero),
a very small interval that is not treated as a hardstop can create a scale or bias of over 4000.
This moves into the very imprecise region of 16-bit floats, making it plausible that the gradient
outputs colors greater than 1, due to rounding. The kicker is that the random test generation for
stop locations does not use a uniform distribution, but is instead biased towards the remaining
interval, which increases the likelihood of generating a small interval that is not treated as a
hard stop. We are keeping this behavior since ill-conditioned gradients are useful in testing.

2213ee94c7 Add support for per-edge AA to GrTextureOp.
Outsetting in perspective case outsets the original homogeneous quad
points rather than the homogenized 2d points in order to avoid seaming
issues along shared edges.

Currently there is no way to trigger this from the public API and it
is tested by directly accessing GrRenderTargetContext from the added gm.
