Adds activities to the skqp app so it can run as an Android
app (as opposed to just instrumentation tests).
A user can trigger the tests via a button.
Adds the an intent receiver so the tests can be triggered on
Firebase Testlab via the gameloop option.
It adds the run_testlab.go script to run an apk across devices
on Firebase Testlab.

Motivation: makes SkBitmap 8 bytes smaller.
fPixelRefOrigin is rarely used, and can be recaluated when needed.
Also, remove two of SkBitmap's private methods and fold in their

1. Merge some of the allocators into sk_malloc_flags by redefining a flag to mean zero-init
2. Add more private helpers to simplify our call-sites (and handle some overflow mul checks)
3. The 2-param helpers rely on the saturating SkSafeMath::Mul to pass max_size_t as the request,
which should always fail.

Backpedal on node/reval-time-determined damage: nodes cannot control
the invalidation order, and shared descendants may be revalidated before
a particular ancestor gets to query their state - thus making any
decisions based on that invalid.
Instead, apply damage suppression at invalidation time, based on node
type/traits. Node types which don't generate direct damage are marked
as such, and the invalidation logic bubbles damage past them, until it
finds a valid damage receiver.
Nodes which currently suppress damage:
- PaintNode (and subclasses)
- GeometryNode (and subclasses)
- Matrix
