The matrices we're using can produce very slightly out of range color
channels. This gives surprising results when in shader blending is used
for color burn and color dodge. After this change we clamp the RGB
values to 0..1 before applying premul.
Adds a GM modeled on a blink layout test that shows the problem using
SkImageMakeFromYUVAPixmaps.

As we've learned there's not much advantage to working directly in i32
ops over f32... it's the same size, kind of a wash speed-wise, and f32
supports all operations we want where i32 supports only a subset. If we
really want to go fast, we need to focus on i16 operations, which are
both significantly faster and operate on twice as much data at a time.
(This is the same split as SkRasterPipeline, highp f32 and lowp i16.)
For now port everything to f32, with i16 to follow, perhaps much later.
There's a little here we could spin off to land first (uniformF, better
unpremul) but I think it might be easiest to land all at once.

This basically wraps up the old `uniforms` and `buf` params
into a new type that has push() and pushF() methods that return
a value you can pass directly to Builder::uniform32() and co.
I think this has uniforms about as streamlined as they can get.

It's clearer and more efficient to emit uniforms
as we use them. The pattern to look for is something like
skvm::I32 val = p->uniform32(uniforms, buf->bytes());
buf->push_back(fVal);
where fVal holds the actual uniform value, and val is its program
counterpart.
Switching to SkTDArray lets us use friendlier methods like bytes() and
append(N) in the effect code.
It's a lot easier to follow this way once you get used to it and much
less error-prone. No need to split the can-we-do-it logic up from the
uniform emission, and so no chance to write logic twice that
acccidentally disagrees.
Effects now always emit uniforms when you call program(), which means we
occasionally do that twice, once when building the Key to look up cached
programs, and once again when building the program if the cache misses.
That's not that big of a deal... it reuses the same memory exactly, and
I've added some notes around the code and assertions that everything
matches up exactly. It only happens on cache miss, so it's dwarfed by
the cost of building and JITing the program anwyay.

By making uniforms() just append to the uniform vector, there's no more
need for two passes, no need for the blitter to ever even know how many
uniforms the effects use, and the effects now never need to deal with a
nullptr uniform buffer. Much simpler all around.
While we're refactoring, convert the uniform buffer de jure to
std::vector<uint32_t>, which is what we'd been treating the old
std::vector<uint8_t> as by convention, and switch the program() offset
parameter type to size_t as a reminder that it's measured in bytes.

I've added a demo y-gradient to the SkVMBlitter GM.
We may not need an explicit CTM parameter, just effects that chain into
each other changing (x,y) as they go? I guess that depends on whether
we want to specialize blitters on the matrix type any more than how we
get the shader coordinates.

With today's shader caching patches, this makes 2 calls to

Previously the pixel data passed to the client was only valid during
the client's callback. This meant if the client wanted to defer
processing of the data a copy was necessary.
Now we pass an object to the callback and the pixel lifetime is tied
to the lifetime of that object.
The object may be holding a GPU transfer buffer mapped. We don't assume
that the object will be released on the direct GrContext thread. So
when the object is destroyed it posts a message to a new type,
GrClientMappedBufferManager, hanging off the direct context. The direct
context will periodically check for messages and unmap and then unref
buffers so that they can be reused. Currently this is done in
GrContext::performDeferredCleanup() and GrDrawingManager::flush().
The old API is kept around for backwards compatibility but it is
reimplemented as a bridge on top of the new mechanism.
Also a utility function to SkImageInfo is added to directly make a new
info with a specified dimensions rather than passing the width and
height separately to makeWH().

Without the changes to GrShape and GrAAConvexPathRenderer, this new GM
would not draw the red circle at the center when using Ganesh. Raster
drew the red circle. The difference came about because they checked
convexity after transforming by the view matrix, and Ganesh checked
before.
With this particular path construction and the very large scale factor
on the CTM, the convexity calculator in local space computed small
enough edge vectors that it thought the contour backtracked on itself
instead of winding in a consistent direction.
The GrAAConvexPathRenderer would claim it could draw the convex path,
but later when actually preparing to draw, it would do nothing if it
turned out the convex path didn't have a direction. This CL updates it
so that the convex path renderer's canDraw() function matches what it
is actually able to draw.
There is the separate issue of the convexity/direction checking
precision.

This folds the source SkSpecialImage, that was previously passed in as
an argument to filterImage(), into the filtering Context. This allows
the Context to provide convenient access to backend properties that
are only accessible through the source image, but makes it clear in
calling code that the actual pixels of the source image are not needed.
IMO this improves readability in implementations that previously had
functions that would take a 'src' and an 'input' image, but would only
really process the input image's pixels.

PS2 adds a rewrite for Skia #include <...> to #include "...", letting
them be otherwise rewritten and sorted too. (We do need one exception
for the Vulkan headers, which will otherwise be rewritten to always
point to our own.) I don't think it's particularly important to
favor "" or <>, but picking one keeps things consistent.
PS3 adds a missing SkMutex.h include.
PS4 fixes a terrible readability problem.

Lays the infrastructure to use mixed samples internally, and begins
using nvpr with mixed samples on the default "gl" and "gles" configs.
In this rendition, we take the simplest approach possible re: stencil
attachments. We initially create a render target without stencil
(i.e., 0 samples). Then, any time a proxy needs a stencil buffer with
more samples than its target currently has, we create and attach a new
stencil buffer. However, we never "downgrade" a render target's
stencil attachment to one with fewer samples. So if the proxy only
needs one sample and the target has many, we leave it.

From now on, sample counts always refer to the number of actual color
samples, and render targets don't have separate color and stencil
sample counts.
If mixed samples support is available when making a
"GrAAType::kCoverage" draw, then an op may attach and use a mixed
sampled stencil buffer internally. But this will all be invisible to
the client.
After this CL, we temporarily won't have a mode to use nvpr with mixed
samples. That will soon be fixed by a follow-on CL that enables nvpr
with mixed samples in the normal "gl" and "gles" configs.

SkSpecialImage::draw).
The gpu implementation for alpha threshold, blurs, matrix convolutions,
