- GCC -> Clang;
- Add a Perf bot.
This -Fast mode is a stand-in for "how clients should/do really release code". Today everyone uses Clang, so we should probably switch this bot too.
I also got interested in how it compares in performance to our ordinary Release build, so I've added a Perf bot.
I did try turning on link-time optimization (much slower build, somewhat faster binary), but that failed at the link step. Going to save that for later.

Remove the tests for gyp_to_android.py, which is going away anyway.
With a .bp file in the Android source tree, the Android build system
attempts and fails to build them.
Do not attempt to run the deleted tests.

Perf won't work because J is too old. But, we can at least run tests. Since we only have one
device, I decided to just do Debug instead of Debug/Release. We don't care about CPU things since
we have much faster arm devices to handle that for us.

The GN in the name only matters for iOS bots now. All the others are GN-only.
This revealed a couple redundant build bots: we had two each of Win x86_64 Debug and Release builders, one with -GN and one not.
I have intentionally not resorted gen_tasks.go to keep the diff looking somewhat sane. I'd be happy to sort here or to follow up with a re-sort CL.

This was breaking gold/perf trybot results for no-buildbot bots.
Note that:
- Upload destination was correct, due to upload_nano_results using the
correct property names.
- Patches were properly applied, since bot_update uses the properties
independently of our logic.

This also fixes the name of the tasks because skpbench is always GPU.
There was a config for monitoring the gpu clock instead of the cpu clock,
but this was removed because the gpu clock isn't very useful at the moment.
cpu clock is basically wall-time, i.e. an accurate measurement of the
entire test.

This entails a few parts:
1. Isolating tools/skpbench/ to be used by the perf task.
2. Adding skpbench to BUILD_PRODUCTS_ISOLATE_WHITELIST
3. Add recipe commands to run skpbench. While it is conceptually similar
to nanobench, it doesn't support images nor svgs, only skps, so we don't
need to copy those to devices or bring them in via CIPD.
4. Add recipe commands to parse skpbench output and upload to Perf.
5. Update gen_tasks.go to handle skpbench jobs and tasks.

This gets up a bot to build for iOS via GN as much as we can right now. This is unlikely to be the long term structure of the iOS bots... by the time we add Test/Perf bots we'll likely need to have a gn_ios_flavor.py. But for now, this keeps the GN iOS build such as it is working.

All our bots but the iOS ones are on GN now. This cleans up a bunch of GYP and other obsolete stuff.
- Nothing's using default_flavor.py any more except as a base class.
- There are no -CMake, -Shared or -VisualBench bots anymore.
- Only the iOS bots care about GYP_DEFINES.
You'll see the PDFium bot's GYP_DEFINES change, but that doesn't matter... it's using PDFium's own (GN) build system, and it ignores GYP_DEFINES.

Update the ANGLE test GL context, GrContextFactory, and config parsing to allow explicit control of ANGLE front/backend.
This will allow us to explicitly test ES2 vs ES3 interfaces to ANGLE as well as D3D9, D3D11, and OpenGL backends.
Also makes the angle api types valid in all builds (but will just fail when SK_ANGLE=1 or not on windows for the d3d backends).

The libc++ include paths have changed very slightly. I've left GN compatible with both older r12 NDKs and the new r13 to smooth the transition.
The libc++ in r13 depends on long-double math.h functions (cosl, atanl, etc.) only available in Android API v21 (Lollipop) and up. That's what the 64-bit bots were already on, so we just pull the 32-bit bots up to the same target. Conveniently, the oldest bots we have (N7 and N10) are on Lollipop.
The r13 MIPS64 sysroots are a little weird... /usr/include and /usr/lib64 but no /usr/lib. That'd be fine---we only want 64-bit builds---but Clang searches for /usr/lib64 via its path to /usr/lib, and without at least an empty /usr/lib, it can't find /usr/lib64. So you'll see a special mips64el section in the GN config where we do this all manually (other platforms pick this all up correctly from --sysroot). I've chosen to do this rather than fix it up in the asset create.py scripts so that we stay compatible with vanilla NDKs, which is convenient for developers.

Angle's existing GN files only work in Chrome, so I've written a new one.
This won't work on Windows, but our GN build doesn't work on Windows anyway. So this CL is an attempt to get a ahead of that curve on ANGLE. It looks large but fairly straightforward.
Now working on Linux:
