Graphite won't draw non-Graphite-backed images so we need to update our
tools to meet that requirement.

This does not test blobs that have RSXForm, but all other text is
drawn using slugs.
This is not perfect, there are some non-text GM that are different,
and a few text GMs involving blurring that are different. But,
it's good enough to find regressions.

To avoid ambiguity, the constructor only takes an SkString now instead
of accepting variadic arguments. This functionality was only used in one
place, so this doesn't affect the code in any meaningful way.

By being on Recorder, more calls can directly access the ResourceProvider
without needing the Context or Gpu. A different ResourceProvider is
created for each Recorder. Each ResourceProvider stores a ref to the
GlobalCache so that it can access shared resources. Eventually each
ResourceProvider will also have its own ResourceCache for all non shared
Resources.
A big win of this change is that Context can be removed from Recorder.

It is safe to store raw pointers to these objects since they are both
always accessed on the same thread we can safely invalidate their
back pointers when needed. This allows us to remove a ref of Recorder on
Device.

This centralizes the new color-space parsing into SkCommandLineConfig,
and then wires that up in DM, nanobench, and skpbench. It also removes
all of the old config names that encoded both color type and space.

the CTMPathEffectGM disables itself when the GrDirectContext is non-null
