This was affecting expressions such as 0 * float4(<expr>), which would
be collapsed down to float4(0) - in some cases even if <expr> had side
effects. This is obviously incorrect no matter what, but to make matters
worse it could lead to a use-after-free when we eliminated an assignment
which we were tracking as the current definition of a variable.

When an image filter has zero input bounds, we should not paint any
contents of it, so we should set an empty clip. This is like the
case that the clip rect doesn't intersect with the image filter's
input bounds.

When we start up Viewer with a SampleSlide as the first slide, nothing
gets rendered because SampleSlide depends on the backend being
initialized before setting its dimensions. This pushes the first slide's
initialization after the backend creation.

By default use the repetition count stored in the encoded data (if
any). Allow setting the repetition count manually, so that the
animation will stop after n+1 total cycles (unless -1 is used for
infinite).
If the animation is complete, make start reset it.
When the animation is not running, make update return max double (i.e.
no need to update any time soon).
Fix a bug where the first call to update returned -1.
Share write_bm with CodecAnimTest, for debugging.
Update Sample to check isRunning rather than keeping its own record
of whether the animation is running.

I think the Chorizo is now enforcing that our aligned loads are really
aligned. If this sticks, I'll follow up with the rest of the tests
disabled on the bug.

Add self-checking code that looks to see that overview is populated
and alphabetized. Eventually, this will self-check to see if
methods are collected into subtopics and have reciprocal 'see also'
data.
Standardize phrases so that they don't start with a capital or end
with a period.
Self-check is a work in progress, so it is not yet run by the
bookmaker bots. The self-check should run cleanly, however. To run
it:
./out/skia/bookmaker -b docs -k
The expected output is doc stats. Self-check errors such as missing
methods in the overview would be reported here if there are any.

Zero-width strokes imply hairline in Skia, but in other models (e.g.
Lottie) they are simply ignored. The latter approach avoids
discontinuities when width -> 0, so let's make it the default for sksg.
