Hal Canary 6fee59b514 SkStream: DynamicMemoryWStream gets writeToAndReset 
This is similar to copyToAndReset().

Also use this in SkPDF, for minor memory savings:
Single-threaded DM's peak RSS drops from 239MB
to 228MB.
