it in regular flat strings that are part of the snapshot.
After this change we don't need libraries-empty.cc any more. In
this change libraries-empty.cc is just a the same as libraries.cc
and the scons build builds it but does not use it. We can move
in stages to a situation where it is not generated at all for all
the build systems that we have.

In the generated code for function.apply there was a loop checking the stack limit for interruption. This loop would call into the runtime system to handle interuption and keep running until there was no interruption. However if the interuption was debug break the runtime system would never clear the interruption as debug break is prevented in builtins are prevented and the assumption here was that returning with the debug break flag set would move execution forward.
Renamed initial_jslimit and initial_climit to real_jslimit and real_climit. Renamed a few external references related to the stack limit as well.
Exposed the real stack limit to generated code to make the stack check when entering function.apply use the real stack limit and not the stack limit which is changed to signal interruption.
Added the real stack limit to the roots array.

* Make snapshot more compact by coding the tag and the space
in one byte. Contract some common sequences to one byte.
* Use back references only within one page. Index from the
start of the space otherwise.
* Serialize Smis as raw data rather than int-encoding them.
This takes a little more space but is faster.

space is similar to map space in that it has fixed-size objects. A
common superclass for a space with fixed size objects is used for the
map space and cell space.
Allocate all cells in cell space. Handle it during all GCs. Modify
the free-list node representation (so that the size is not at a fixed
offset in all cells) to allow two-pointer free-list nodes. Clean up
some stuff in the MC collector.

* Fix assembly and disassembly of multiply instructions.
* Strength reduce and inline multiplications to shift-add.
* Strength reduce and inline mod by power of 2.
* Strength reduce mod by other small integers to mul.
* Strength reduce div by 2 and 3.

Marsaglia's multiply-with-carry instead of mixing the
bits obtained from calling the system random() twice.
This seems to be a bit faster and gives a better
distribution than the system random() in particular on
Windows.

instructions. The intention is that the snapshots generated
by the simulator should be usable on the hardware. Instead of
swi instructions we generate a branch to a swi instruction that
is not part of the snapshot. The call/jump is patched up in
the same way as other external references when the snapshot
is deserialized. This only works for EABI targets: on old ABI
targets we still emit some instructions not supported by the
simulator (fp coprocessor instructions).

This issue was raised by Brett Wilson while reviewing my changelist for readability. Craig Silverstein (one of C++ SG maintainers) confirmed that we should declare one namespace per line. Our way of namespaces closing seems not violating style guides (there is no clear agreement on it), so I left it intact.

ENABLE_DEBUGGER_SUPPORT is enabled by default unless it is on Android platform.
On Android platform, it can also enabled by passing -DENABLE_DEBUGGER_SUPPORT flag to the compiler.
This should not affect any existing build (I hope, cross my fingers) except the build in real Android environment (in other word, it only affects me now).
There are lot of room for code refactoring in stead of using #ifdef all over the place. I will leave this to v8 folks.

The ExternalReferenceTable population code was code driven, using the list macro callbacks to call an Add() function. Additionally this Add() function was defined in the class defintion, making it inline. This caused this single function to be ~100k of code. It is now mostly table driven, but there are still some cases left as code, and these could be improved in the future for further reduction in binary size.
