b38bf5b0b1 [api] Change CreationContext to return a MaybeHandle
The current API returns a Handle<NativeContext> which can be
optionally null and all the users of this API never actually
checked for this null value.

Previously, this wasn't a problem as all the possible JSObjects
that were user visible would return a valid NativeContext but now
there are wasm objects that don't have a valid constructor so don't
have a NativeContext.

aad7b7ff33 global-handles: Fix ASAN fake stack handling
We previously assumed that a fake stack should be mapped back to a
real stack based on fake-stack offsets. This is not correct: Fake and
real stack are disjoint and both contain the corresponding slot
values.

For global handles this means that on-stack handles must be registered
using their real stack frame base to be able to purge them
occasionally based on the current stack address.

When dealing with a slot though, the GC can just dereference the slot
for a value, indeppendent of whether the slot is in a fake or real
frame.

Drive-by: Fix tests that do not want stack handles by creating
handles on heap.

cppgc must support the same feature set as the existing unified heap

Replace JSMember by TracedReference to support IsRootForNonTracingGC()

pairs will be added as followup.

fff219bff7 heap, cppgc: Update StackState enum values
This CL adds 2 new values to the EmbedderStackState enum with more
explicit names. The old values are updated as aliases to the new
values and marked as soon to be deprecated. This CL also moves the
enum to v8-platform.h so that it can be reused by cppgc.

Depracating individual values in an enum is supported by GCC only
since version 6. Thus new macros were needed for the deprecation
(which delegate to the existing macros when supported). GCC versions
older than 6 are still used by the CQ bots.

d716056050 [heap] Decouple the lifetime of a TracedNode from the target object
Currently a TracedNode of a TracedReference is freed only if its target
V8 object is unreachable. This is problematic for TracedNodes created for
long-living (or immortal) V8 objects and leads to memory leaks.

This CL adds logic for collecting unreachable TracedNodes:
1) Each TracedNode gets a markbit. Initially the markbit is set (i.e.
we have black allocation for TracedNodes).
2) During marking RegisterEmbedderReference sets the markbit of the
   corresonding TracedNode.
3) In the atomic pause of Mark-Compact when TracedNodes are iterated,
we check the markbits and free TracedNodes with cleared markbits.
After this processing all markbits are cleared for the next GC.

Note that the new logic does not apply to TracedNode that have
callbacks and/or destructors.

3677468397 [api, heap] Implement TracedReference
TracedGlobalTrait was unable to override v8::TracedGlobal<v8::Object> for
avoiding the destructor because it is needed on the API surface itself and C++
ODR which prohibits specialization after template instantiation.

Avoid this problem by providing a separate type TracedReference
that, similar to TracedGlobal, is purely traced but avoids the destructor
completely. This only works for embedders that have their memory management
tied to V8 as it is prone to accessing already reclaimed objects otherwise.

0af80a3796 api, heap: Avoid reaching out to embedder memory on TracedGlobal reset
Avoid clearing the memory on the embedder-side of a TracedGlobal handle.

When using destructors in TracedGlobal this is safe as long as the embedder
reports the handle on tracing GCs. If the embedder does not report a handle it
is assumed that the containing object is dead as well.

Without using destructors the same argument holds for tracing GCs. In addition,
embedders using the optimization of clearing references on non-tracing GCs
are expected to clear the reference in ResetHandleInNonTracingGC.

It is suggested that only expert embedders make use of (a) no destructors and
(b) IsRootForNonTracingGC.

Removes APIs:
- MarkIndependent
- IsIndependent
- MarkActive
- RegisterExternalReference

All weak persistent handles are now treated as independent. Users of
traced handles should already use v8::EmbedderHeapTracer.

This reverts commit 49954eb56f.

4c7cabb1d8 [heap] Delay embedder tracing prologue until heap is set up
v8::EmbedderHeapTracer::TracePrologue may call back into V8 during
StartMarking. In this case we expect that the write barriers are set up and
consistent, i.e., global flag matches page flag.

Blink calls back into V8 in a corner case where sweeping is finalized on
incremental marking start which may trigger resettting a V8 Value which may
trigger DescriptorArray re-shuffling.

Naturally, that means adding a bunch of explicit includes

them before.
As of this patch, no header file outside src/heap/ includes
heap-inl.h.

76c9368593 [api, global-handles] Add TracedGlobal
TracedGlobal integrates with the use case of EmbedderHeapTracer and replaces
regular weak Global or Persistent nodes for such cases. This allows to simplify
the case for regular weak handles in a sense that they follow regular weak
semantics (if the underlying object is otherwise unreachable the weak handle
will be reset).

TracedGlobal requires slightly different semantics in the sense that it can be
required to keep them alive on Scavenge garbage collections because there's a
transitive path that is only known when using the EmbedderHeapTracer.
TracedGlobal accomodates that use case.

TracedGlobal follows move semantics and can thus be used in regular std
containers without wrapping data structure.

The internal state uses 20% less memory and allows for only iterating those
nodes when necessary. The design trades the virtual call when iterating
interesting persistents in the GC prologue with calling out through the
EmbedderHeapTracer for each node which is also a virtual call. There is one less
iteration over the set of handles required though and the design is robust
against recursive GCs that mutate the embedder state during the prologue
callback.
