14e88a5b53 Fix remaining CXX cross-compilation builds in Makefile. 
r22509 fixed arm and mips (big-endian) cross-compilation builds.

It did not fix mipsel, mips64el, or arm64 builds, since the
toolchain prefix did not match the v8_target_arch.

For mips, the toolchain is typically named mips-linux-gnu-g++,
but it can compile for mipsel or mips64el via flags. (There can
also be mipsel-linux-gnu-g++ toolchains, and this patch will
work for mipsel build in that case).

For arm64, the toolchains seem to be named aarch64-linux-gnu-g++.

a0f6878a06 Add mips64 port. 
Summary:

- Changes in common code are mainly boilerplate changes,
gyp and test status files updates.

- On mips64 simulator all tests pass from all test units.

- Current issues: mjsunit JS debugger tests fail randomly on HW in release mode.
Corresponding tests are skipped on HW.

- Skipped tests on mips64: test-heap/ReleaseOverReservedPages, mjsunit/debug-*

0941f24566 Introduce a builddeps make target 
In contrast to "dependencies", this only pulls in dependencies required
for building. The dependencies make target will also pull in development
tools and requires depot_tools to be installed and in the path.

bab70ca936 Set host_arch to ia32 on machines with a 32bit userland but a 64bit kernel. 
I don't know if there are any v8 bots with that configuration, but it seems
like a good idea to have v8 be consistent with chromium and nacl here, so that
this works fine if such a bot is ever set up.

This is similar to https://codereview.chromium.org/342493002/ , but with a
detect_v8_host_arch.py script that handles the additional machine types that
standalone.gypi used to handle.

7f429e62c3 [Arm]: Simplify compile-time Arm feature detection. 
Simplify the compile time feature detection on Arm:
 - Define CAN_USE_XXX definitions unconditionally for all target/host
   toolchain combinations
 - Rename arm_test / ARM_TEST to arm_test_noprob / ARM_TEST_NO_FEATURE_PROBE
 - Don't set ARM_TEST_NO_FEATURE_PROBE implicitly on the simulator to make
   make simulator / native more consistent
 - Unify CpuFeatures::PrintTarget for simulator and native builds
 - Remove unecessary CAN_USE_VFP_INSTRUCTIONS definition for android (this is
   the default for arm_fpu=default)
 - Add a CpuFeatures::Probe() before calling CpuFeatures::PrintFeatures() in PrintHelp
    to ensure we have probed features before printing them.

a685c2e005 --verify-predictable mode added for ensuring that GC behaves deterministically. 
In order to be able to use it one should pass verifypredictable=on to the make tool or specify v8_enable_verify_predictable=1 in GYP_DEFINES.

5a016958c6 MIPS: Add big-endian support for MIPS. 
Important notices:

- The snapshot cannot be created for big-endian target in cross-compilation
  environment on little-endian host using simulator.

- In order to have i18n support working on big-endian target, the icudt46b.dat and
  icudt46b_dat.S files should be generated and upstreamed to ICU repo.

- The mjsunit 'nans' test is endian dependent, it is skipped for mips target.

- The zlib and Mandreel from Octane 2.0 benchmark are endian dependent due to
  use of typed arrays.

ba981e58d5 Make a64.release a quickcheck target 
I marked all tests as slow that take more than a minute on my machine.
With this, a64.release.quickcheck takes two minutes which is about as
fast as arm.optdebug.quickcheck.

ae8fee5aca Roll gyp to r1656 
r1656 contains a bug fix for the make generator to correctly regenerate
Makefiles if a gyp was touched. Before, it would assume that it is
running in the top-level directory. However, the v8 standalone build
puts the generated Makefile into the out subdirectory, and so gyp
failed to locate the gyp binary.

caa37597ad ARM: Makefile/gyp update allowing better control of ARM specific options. 
This patch defines new makefile command line paramaters to better control the
ARM specific options. The new paramters are
 * armfpu      = vfp, vfpv3-d16, vfpv3, neon.
 * armfloatabi = softfp, hard
 * armneon     = on
 * armthumb    = on, off
 * armtest     = on
One existing paratemer has been modified:
 * armv7       = true, false
A number of parameters have been deprecated (but are still working):
 * hardfp      = on, off
 * vfp2        = off
 * vfp3        = off

the armtest paratmer when set to "on" will lock the options used during compile
time at runtime. This allows for example to easily test the ARMv6 build on an
ARMv7 platform without having to worry about features detected at runtime. When
not specified the compiler default will be used meaning it is not necessary
anymore to specify hardfp=on when natively building on an hardfp platform.

The shell help now prints the target options and features detected.

f5b660ac97 Intel VTune integration for V8/d8 
In this patch, we added the JIT code event handler for Vtune. Most of the code is in the
folder src/third_party/vtune. Two APIs are added in include/v8.h to get the requirement info
from V8.

We add the v8_enable_vtunejit parameter for GYP to enable these Vtune code compilation.
vTune::InitilizeVtuneForV8() is invoked in the embedder of V8 to make sure it's invokded if
vtune support is enabled.

9fc844b760 V8_Fatal now prints C++ stack trace in debug mode. 
Currently only supported on Linux. When compiled with GCC, also demangles C++ identifier names.
