During conflict detection, we want to early exit the scope loop when we
find a non-conflict, but continue looking at the other declarations in
the scope.

14a79f6335 [parser]: reset expression scope stack to nullptr when parsing class member initializer
When "await" is referenced in a part of an async arrow function head, we will walk up the active ambiguous expression stack and mark the ambiguous arrow head scope. However the class member initializer is always non-ambiguous so we should reset the stack and stop walking up.

10be5423f6 [cpu-profiler] Speed up Inlining2 test by using a min num of samples
This test tried to get enough samples by varying the amount of work
done based on simulator vs. non-simulator builds. This didn't take
into account other things like release vs. debug, and some bots took
a very long time to run this test.

This CL uses the existing ProfilerHelper and sets a minimum number of
samples so that we can actually run the minimum amount of work for
any platform without manual tweaking.

This decreases runtime on x64.optdebug from 18.5 to 1.08s, and from
10+ min on x64.debug to 1.8s. arm.debug is ~4s now.

4671cb5644 Revert "Extend GetIterator bytecode to perform JSReceiver check on object[Symbol.iterator]()"
This reverts commit 91e3243d60.

Reason for revert: This deopts to the wrong point.

Original change's description:
> Extend GetIterator bytecode to perform JSReceiver check on object[Symbol.iterator]()
>
> Current GetIterator bytecode loads and calls @@iterator property on a
> given object. This change extends the bytecode functionality to check
> whether the value returned after calling @@iterator property is a valid
> JSReceiver. The bytecode throws SymbolIteratorInvalid exception if the
> returned value is not a valid JSReceiver. This change absorbs the
> functionality of additional two bytecodes - JumpIfJSReceiver and
> CallRuntime, that are part of the iterator protocol in the GetIterator
> bytecode.

59e8d45ad8 [torque] multiple arrays in one object
This allows the definition of classes with several arrays and ports
SmallOrderedHashTable subclasses to Torque as an example, including
the existing CSA allocation functions for them.

Overview of changes:
- Introduce ResidueClass to encapsulate the modulo-arithmetic
  necessary to do alignment checks.
- Add MachineOperatorReducer to the CSA pipeline to address now
missing CSA ad-hoc constant folding that got blocked by a
  temporary phi.
- Allow assignments to references to structs. This is needed to
initialize the data_table part of SmallOrderedHashMap.
- Make the NumberLiteralExpression AST-node store a double instead
of a string. This is necessary to detect arrays with constant size
  used for padding.
- Turn offsets into base::Optional<size_t> to ensure we don't use
an invalid or statically unknown offset.
- Remove CreateFieldReferenceInstruction since it doesn't work for
complex offset computations and the logic can be expressed better
  in ImplementationVisitor.
- Validate alignment of structs embedded in classes.

45bb44985e [weakrefs] Hold unregister tokens weakly
Change unregister tokens to be held weakly instead of strongly. This
enables the use case for an object to be used as its own unregister
token.

To avoid using an ephemeron table, FinalizationGroup's key_map is
changed to key off unregister tokens' identity hashes. Because hashes
may collide, a single key list may rarely contain multiple tokens. When
a FinalizationGroup WeakCell's token becomes unreachable, during GC, it
is removed from the the doubly linked key list and removed from the key
map if it had a unique key.

Deprecate the old API which only works on x64 and arm64 to reduce the
maintenance overhead of keeping both. Users of the old API should
migrate to the new one as it can be used all on supported platforms.

We keep the tests for the old API by ignoring deprecation warnings so
that we don't accidentally break it while it is still in the codebase.

1b450a1752 Remove per-parameter position var scope
The spec was normatively changed to simplify var scopes for parameter
expressions. Previously there was a per-parameter var scope in sloppy
mode so direct evals could introduce vars that did not escape the
parameter position. That semantics is complex both for the programmer
and implementation and has resulted in bugs in the past. Furthermore, it
has never been fully interoperable (with Safari in particular). The spec
was instead changed to be simpler: to have a single var scope for
sloppy evals in parameters that encloses the parameter scope and body
scope.

This simplification lets us remove expression-scope-reparenter.

Drive-by removal of stale reference to PatternRewriter.

fdc9fade97 [torque] Enum language feature
This CL implements enums in Torque in three steps:

1.) It implements necessary changes to Torque's type system. In
particular, the constraints on constexpr types are relaxed such that
constexpr types can exist without a corresponding non-constexpr
version. Furthermore, constexpr and their non-constexpr counterpart
need not be of the same kind of type. This allows an AbstractType to
have a UnionType as its non-constexpr counterpart.

2.) The enum feature itself is realized as a pure desugaring in the
parser, where all required types, constants and macro specializations
(like FromConstexpr<>) are generated from a simple enum declaration,
such that enum entries are not just constants, but are namespace
scoped and have distinct types so that they can be used within
typeswitch constructs.

3.) Almost all of the existing constants defined in torque
(.tq files) are ported to new enum definitions.

b15c02d0e1 Store JSMessageObject on rejected promises
When V8 throws an uncaught exception, we store a JSMessageObject
with a stack trace and source positions on the isolate itself.
The JSMessageObject can be retrieved by a TryCatch scope
and is used by the inspector to provide additional information to the DevTools
frontend (besides the exception).

Introducing top-level await for REPL mode causes all thrown exceptions
to be turned into a rejected promise. The implicit catch block that does this
conversion clears the JSMessageObject from the isolate as to not leak memory.

This CL preserves the JSMessageObject when the debugger is active and stores
the JSMessageObject on the rejected promise itself. The inspector is changed
to retrieve the JSMessageObject in the existing catch handler and pass the
information along to the frontend.

Drive-by: This CL removes a inspector test that made assumptions when a promise
is cleaned up by the GC. These assumptions no longer hold since we hold on to
the promise longer.

d5f180b70c [torque] Load and store bitfields
This change implements support for reading and writing bitfields from
Torque code, and adds a couple of unit tests for this functionality. As
Tobias suggested, the LocationReference for a bitfield access contains
a nested LocationReference to where the bitfield struct is stored, so
that store operations can read the original value, update part of it,
and write it back.

This adds heuristics to perform young and full GCs on allocation

Young GCs are performed proactively based on the external backing

start incremental full GCs based on the external backing store bytes.

This will allow us to remove AdjustAmountOfExternalMemory for

285e4d69de [unwinder] Add a vector-based code page mechanism for arm32
Add an API on Isolate that returns a sorted vector of code pages allocated
within V8. The implementation is designed to be signal-safe, so that the
user (the UMA sampling profiler) can access this information from a signal
handler, where allocation and taking locks is prohibited.

This CL adds the machinery for maintaining the list of allocated code
pages. Further CLs will modify the Unwinder API itself to accept the code
pages provided by this API.

The unwinder API currently uses the reserved virtual-memory range called
the CodeRange to identify where all V8 code objects live, but this doesn't
exist on arm32 or any 32-bit platform, so this approach adds a way to
expose the location of all valid V8 code objects in a signal-safe way for
use by the UMA sampling profiler.

On 64-bit, this API always gives the code_range and embedded_code_range, and
does not maintain a vector of code pages. This is so that we have a unified
API on 32 and 64-bit that can be used in exactly the same way by embedders.
