70a1de97c6 [heap] Fix flaky test failure in concurrent allocation
Concurrent allocation test was failing flakily. Do not fix this simply
by increasing heap size since this would reduce frequency of GCs.
Instead allow allocations to fail. Even in this case the allocation
code path is still executed which we want to test.

The arm64 was missing proper codegen for CFI, thus sizes were off.

b5bf34bce7 [heap] Support collection on main thread
LocalHeap can be used on main thread, however allocation might cause a
GC which works differently on the main thread than on a background
thread. Support collection on main thread by directly performing the GC
instead of requesting the GC as done on background threads.

To allow for differentiation between main and background threads,
LocalHeap/LocalIsolate now require an additional argument.

Create LocalHeap directly in the Task or in GetOptimizedCodeNow and
pass its reference as argument to ExecuteJob. This allows us to create
LocalHeap differently for the main and background thread, e.g. by
passing an additional argument to the constructor in the future.
It will be required in the future anyways when the main thread will
have its own LocalHeap/LocalIsolate.

Extending the scope of LocalHeap, also made
HandleBase::IsDereferenceAllowed more precise and uncovered two
potential issues: heap accesses in
OptimizingCompileDispatcher::CompileNext and PipelineImpl::AssembleCode
with --code-comments.

LocalHeap can now be created in the parked state. Also fixed a data
race with LocalHeap's destructor publishing write barrier entries
without holding the lock.

29bcdaad1d Rename legacy code kinds
CodeKind::OPTIMIZED_CODE -> TURBOFAN

Kinds are now more fine-grained and distinguish between TF, TP, NCI.

CodeKind::STUB -> DEOPT_ENTRIES_OR_FOR_TESTING

Code stubs (like builtins, but generated at runtime) were removed from
the codebase years ago, this is the last remnant. This kind is used
only for deopt entries (which should be converted into builtins) and
for tests.

fbd3834ebb [heap] Fix regressions in the configuration without concurrent marking
Building and running tests with v8_enabled_concurrent_marking=false
currently produces two failures:
1) Segmentation fault on attempt to mark a read-only object.
   This is fixed by changing MarkBit::Set to be a no-op if the object
   is already marked (which is the case for the readonly space).
2) Missing write-barrier due to bogus condition in the bailout.
   The barrier can be skipped only if the host object is not marked yet.

This also disables two concurrent allocation tests that rely on
concurrent marking write-barrier.

3cb519617d [heap] Introduce LocalHeap::AllocateRaw method
LocalHeap::AllocateRaw will be similar to Heap::AllocateRaw and

Background threads can now start incremental marking when necessary. In
contrast to the main thread they always need to schedule a job and can't
start incremental marking right away. Background threads also use a

5bbca548e9 [heap] Allow background threads to request GC
When a background thread fails to allocate, it requests a GC and
retries the allocation afterwards. Make second allocation more likely
to succeed by allowing those allocations to expand the old space.

TLABs of LocalHeaps also need to be invalidated before the GC.
