0e22ec737b [regexp] Escape newlines when setting [[OriginalSource]]
This escapes LineTerminator characters in a regexp pattern when
creating the string that will be stored in the [[OriginalSource]] slot.

As an example, the source property for all following objects will equal
"\n" (a '\' character followed by 'n'):

  /\n/
  new RegExp("\n")
  new RegExp("\\n")

Many tests were already skipped in debug mode, but they kept running on CQ
which sets dcheck_always_on, probably equally slow.

Some other tests are marked as slow based on a recent run of the arm64 sim

952c097679 [builtins] Port Array.p.join to Torque.
This also includes ports of Array.p.toString and Array.p.toLocaleString.
Many parts of the old JS implementation are preserved, because
TypedArray.p.join still relies on it. These will be removed once
TypedArray.p.join is ported to Torque.

To simplify implementation, special handling of extremely sparse arrays
has been removed.

Performance improvements vary by array size, elements, and sparse-ness.

5f8a42727d Reland "[interpreter] Add bytecode for leading array spreads."
This is a reland of 1c48d52bb1.

It turned out that IterableToList doesn't always behave according to
the ES operation with the same name. Specifically, it allows holey arrays
to take its fast path, which produces an output array with holes where
actually "undefined" elements should appear.

This CL changes the version of IterableToList that is used for spreads
(IterableToListWithSymbolLookup) such that holey arrays take the slow path.
It also includes tests for such situations.

Original change's description:

fd334b3216 [builtins] Enable Torque Array.prototype.splice
Before, splice was implemented with a C++ fast path and a
comprehensive JavaScript version.

This impl. is entirely in Torque with a fastpath for SMI,
DOUBLE and OBJECT arrays, and a comprehensive slow path.
The same level of "sparse" array support as given by the
array.js implementation is included.

This reland addresses several issues:

* Removed "sparse" array support from splice.
* Addressed ClusterFuzz issue 876443:
The test and code that uses the fix is in this CL.
The fix in isolation can be seen here:
  https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/1199403
* Removed dead code in elements.cc

1c48d52bb1 [interpreter] Add bytecode for leading array spreads.
This CL improves the performance of creating [...a, b] or [...a].
If the array literal has a leading spread, this CL emits the bytecode
[CreateArrayFromIterable] to create the literal. CreateArrayFromIterable
is implemented by [IterableToListDefault] builtin to create the initial
array for the leading spread. IterableToListDefault has a fast path to
clone efficiently if the spread is an actual array.

The bytecode generated is now shorter. Bytecode generation is refactored
into to BuildCreateArrayLiteral, which allows VisitCallSuper to benefit
from this optimization also.
For now, turbofan also lowers the bytecode to the builtin.

The idiomatic use of [...a] to clone the array a now performs better
than a simple for-loop, but still does not match the performance of slice.

6206a3e362 [test] Share resource-fetching logic with all d8 test cases
This shares logic for finding additional resources in JS source code.
Previously the logic was implemented for mjsunit, now it will be used
across all d8-based test cases.

This'll enable adding those test suites for Android testing.

8e7737cb58 [builtins] Refactor promises to reduce GC overhead.
This implements the ideas outlined in the section "Microtask queue"
of the exploration document "Promise and async/await performance" (at
https://goo.gl/WHRar2), except that the microtask queue stays a linear
FixedArray for now, to avoid running into trouble with the parallel
scavenger. This way we can already save a significant amount of
allocations, thereby reducing the GC frequency quite a bit.

All items on the microtask queue are now proper structs that subclass
Microtask, i.e. we also wrap JSFunction and MicrotaskCallback jobs
into structs. We also consistently remember the context for every
microtask (except for MicrotaskCallback where we don't have a
context), and execute it later in exactly that context (as required
by the spec anyways for the Promise related jobs). Particularly
interesting is the PromiseReactionJobTask and its subclasses, since
they are designed to have the same size as the PromiseReaction. When
we resolve a JSPromise we just take the existing PromiseReaction
instances and morph them into PromiseFulfillReactionJobTask or
PromiseRejectReactionJobTask (depending whether you "Fulfill" or
"Reject"). That way the JSPromise class is now only 6 words instead
of 10 words.

Also the PromiseReaction and the reaction tasks can either carry a
JSPromise (for the fast native case) or a PromiseCapability (for the
generic case), which means we don't always pay the overhead of having
to also remember the "deferred resolve" and "deferred reject" handlers
that are only relevant for the generic case anyways.

It also fixes a spec violation where we called "then" before we actually
enqueued the PromiseResolveThenableJob, which is observably wrong.
Calling it later has the advantage that it should be fairly
straight-forward now to completely avoid it for native Promise
instances.

This seems to save around 10-20% on the various Promise benchmarks and
micro-benchmarks. We expect to gain even more as we're now able to
inline various operations into TurboFan optimized code easily.

e0e8431d92 [esnext] Implement String.prototype.{trimStart,trimEnd}
Until now, String.prototype.{trimLeft,trimRight} were non-standard
language extensions, required for Web compatibility.

The proposal at https://github.com/tc39/proposal-string-left-right-trim
standardizes this functionality as String.prototype.{trimStart,trimEnd},
and defines String.prototype.{trimLeft,trimRight} as aliases for
backwards compatibility.

This patch implements that proposal behind the --harmony-string-trimming
flag.

e6138f5411 Make date-constructor test more portable
The timezone offset in effect on Dec 25, 1995 won't be applicable
in years far away from 1995 (e.g. year 1111).

Calculate the timezone offset in Feb 1, 1995 and run other tests
on the same day.

This issue has been hidden because the current implementation doesn't
take into account the history of timezone offset changes(crbug.com/3547),
but was exposed when a correct implementation based on ICU was tried.

9f7d440e98 [test] Check output on the worker process.
I added additional exception logging in the execution.py since
errors in processing results were really difficult to debug.

There is a problem on Windows with class serialization when
it comes from dynamically loaded module. To fix it I moved all
output processors to the tools/testrunner/outproc/ and import
them in test/*/testcfg.py.

71605b3ea4 [test] Move has unexpected output to outproc.
Expected outcomes optimized to serialize [PASS] as None.

Keeping expected outcomes inside output processors should be
optimized in the future. Few possible optimizations:
- separate classes for tests that are expected to PASS - done as
an example in mozilla test suite.
- cache output processors inside testcase.
- share output processors between copies of the same test - needs
some updates to the create_variant to update outproc only if
expected outcomes changed.

a130438e13 [test] Removed old output parsing functions.
All get outcome logic moved out from testsuite which makes output
processors serializable. Output processors that are not global
are stored inside testcase to share them with all test copies.
