9e217ee490 [builtins] Refactor the remaining Date builtins. 
This migrates the remaining Date builtins to C++ and removes obsolete
intrinsics and JavaScript wrappers. This reduces the overhead imposed
by the Date builtins, and will allow us to optimize them later in the
TurboFan compiler, while the interpreter doesn't need to worry about
them.

aeffa39e1d Mjsunit/debug-script test fails intermittendly with --vector-stores 
The problem is that the gc pattern is different, and the list of debug scripts
may have more or less duplicates than before. The solution is to just turn off
--stress-opt for the test.

75350f1ef0 Debugger: require debugger to be active when dealing with breaks. 
This invariant will save us some head ache.
The changes to test-debug/DebugStub is due to the fact that it abuses
the ability to set break points in code that has no debug break slots.
This is now no longer possible.

bcf8b05072 Enable ES6 Map and Set by default 
In doing so also remove all references to the --harmony-collections flag.

8bd05193c7 Reland "Enable Object.observe by default" again 
This re-re-re-lands enabling Object.observe. The Chromium tests that
failed last time this was rolled into Chromium have been disabled in
https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=revision&revision=256706

This patch should be safe to merge once that lands.

fbe1690def Only count uniquely named native scripts for debug. 
The debugger exposes all native script which might include duplicates
having the same name. This is triggered by debug-script in stress mode
on the gc branch.

5c32385a70 Change the tests which looks at the number of scripts in the VM after startup to ignore native scripts without name. 
Native scripts without name are currently only the script holding the empty script and the script holding the source for the empty function. These two unnamed scripts are created for each context. When running with snapshot an additional context is created during startup adding two more native scripts that in the non-snapshot case.

This is mainly to avoid these scripts showing up in the debugger when showing normal scripts.

Removed the check for the empty script in the debugger function returning loaded scripts as this check only filtered out the empty script from the debugger context and not empty scripts in all other contexts. Also this filter did not take the script for the empty function into account.
