56a486c322 Use full include paths everywhere
- this avoids using relative include paths which are forbidden by the style guide
- makes the code more readable since it's clear which header is meant
- allows for starting to use checkdeps

cd5ea74700 Replace 'operator*' with explicit 'get' method on SmartPointer
Made operator* return reference to the raw type, not pointer. New method 'get()' should be used when raw pointer is needed.

Also removed useless inline modifier from the SmaprtPointer methods and added const modifier to the methods that don't change smart pointer.

Made ~SmartPointerBase protected to avoid accidental calls of the non-virtual base class's destructor.

drive-by: fixed use after free in src/factory.cc

fead0d0600 Cleanup Semaphore class.
Drop the previous Semaphore class from platform files.

Add new Semaphore class using the new TimeDelta class for
the WaitFor() operation. Consistently assert correct behaviour
for the different implementations.

Improve test coverage of the Semaphore class.

e76482f2da Cleanup Mutex and related classes.
Drop the previous Mutex and ScopedLock classes from platform files.

Add new Mutex, RecursiveMutex and LockGuard classes, which are
designed after their C++11 counterparts, so that at some point
we can simply drop our custom code and switch to the C++11
classes. We distinguish regular and recursive mutexes, as the
latter don't work well with condition variables, which will be
introduced by a followup CL.

260af16ede Deprecate some debugger methods
These methods have been superceeded by equivalents accepting object arguments exposing more details.

This is exactly the same change as r15708 which was reverted in r15710 due to pending Blink changes. Now that Blink is rolled to 154493 it should be safe to land this (required Blink change is 154386).

53310ac152 Added a version of the v8::HandleScope constructor with an Isolate and use that consistently.
I tried to limit the use of v8::Isolate::GetCurrent() and v8::internal::Isolate::Current() as much as possible, but sometimes this would have involved restructuring tests quite a bit, which is better left for a separate CL.

f8e5c71e18 Rename SmartPointer to SmartArrayPointer.
As pointed out in: http://codereview.chromium.org/7754007/#msg5

"SmartPointer should have been named SmartArrayPointer as it expects an input
allocated using new[] and deallocates it using delete[]. Using it as a simple
scoped pointer for a single object is incorrect."

c89021d162 Added labelled thread names to help with some debugging activity. Right now,
the only platform that it works on is linux (using the prctl API to set the
names of the threads). Other platforms are setup to build properly if the
flag is set, but their thread names are not currently set.

6ef7ef657e Add remote debugging front end to developer shell.
D8 now supports demote debuggign of a V8 instance with the debugger agent enabled. Running D8 with the option --remote-debugger will try to connect to a V8 debugger agent and process the debugging protocol. The command line UI is the same as for the D8 in-process debugger as the same code is used for processing the debugger JSON.
