caba24c813 Revert "Snapshot i18n Javascript code" and "Fix mjsunit/debug-script after r16298". 
This reverts r16298 and r16303 due to ChromeOS browser_tests failures ("Uncaught ReferenceError: Boolean is not defined" in --gtest_filter="FileDisplay/FileManagerBrowserTest.Test/0" and others)

56ab3e3404 Import the v8-i18n extension into v8 
This adds the gyp flag v8_enable_i18n_support (off by default), and the
v8 flag FLAG_enable_i18n (on by default, but without effect if
v8_enable_i18n_support is off).

e1e2b369eb Convert *.js files of cctest/test-log into "resources". 
This allows running cctest from anywhere.

I was to rename single-letter variables in my script due to an encountered issue
in JSMin (http://code.google.com/p/v8/issues/detail?id=1557).

ab00b00a87 Removed all references to v8/src from i18n extension code. 
Removed I18N enum from v8/src/natives.h

Removed use of Vector and natives.h from i18n-extension.cc. Added new
python script that generates i18n-js.cc from i18n.js.

Made all paths absolute pointing to either v8/include or
v8/src/extensions/experimental.

Exported -Iv8 for embedders (-Iv8/include was there already).

30a0a7de43 Split nested namespaces declaration in two lines in accordance with C++ Style Guide. 
This issue was raised by Brett Wilson while reviewing my changelist for readability. Craig Silverstein (one of C++ SG maintainers) confirmed that we should declare one namespace per line. Our way of namespaces closing seems not violating style guides (there is no clear agreement on it), so I left it intact.
