56a486c322 Use full include paths everywhere 
- this avoids using relative include paths which are forbidden by the style guide
- makes the code more readable since it's clear which header is meant
- allows for starting to use checkdeps

44af185023 Restore behavior of PrepareForBreakpoints which was broken by r21145. 
Rename Debug::MaybeRecompileFunctionForDebugging to
EnsureFunctionHasDebugBreakSlots and ensure that it does
nothing if the function is unoptimized code with debug
break slots, otherwise, if the shared code has no
debug break slots, it recompile that shared code and
sets the function code to that shared code.

Also removes two incorrect ASSERTs.

db904a20da Always initialize the debugger eagerly. 
There is no point doing it lazily, since compiling and executing the tiniest piece of code triggers lazy init.
Also removed some dead code.

c21cf2d334 Function calls are handled with a LoadIC and a FunctionCallStub. This works well, but we can create a platform to gather custom feedback by inventing a CallIC. CallIC takes a JSFunction as input, maintains UNINIT/MONO/MEGA state in a feedback slot, and engages in limited patching for the most efficient code. 
The change creates a degrade in NBody tests, but a follow-on CL addresses it by using this custom feedback platform to give a 45% improvement.

2a4be7067c Refactor the compiling pipeline. 
Goals:
 - easier to read, more suitable identifiers.
 - better distinction between compiling optimized/unoptimized code
 - compiler does not install code on the function.
 - easier to add features (e.g. caching optimized code for osr).
 - remove unnecessary code.

fead0d0600 Cleanup Semaphore class. 
Drop the previous Semaphore class from platform files.

Add new Semaphore class using the new TimeDelta class for
the WaitFor() operation. Consistently assert correct behaviour
for the different implementations.

Improve test coverage of the Semaphore class.

e76482f2da Cleanup Mutex and related classes. 
Drop the previous Mutex and ScopedLock classes from platform files.

Add new Mutex, RecursiveMutex and LockGuard classes, which are
designed after their C++11 counterparts, so that at some point
we can simply drop our custom code and switch to the C++11
classes. We distinguish regular and recursive mutexes, as the
latter don't work well with condition variables, which will be
introduced by a followup CL.
