dfda8950de More PNaCL fixes (without GYP/Makefile tweaks) 
This is basically https://codereview.chromium.org/513923005/ with a
few changes:

   * Makefile.nacl and v8.gyp are untouched.

   * MAP_NORESERVE-handling is more defensive.

   * Added ugly busy-wait emulation of sem_timedwait.

56a486c322 Use full include paths everywhere 
- this avoids using relative include paths which are forbidden by the style guide
- makes the code more readable since it's clear which header is meant
- allows for starting to use checkdeps

53310ac152 Added a version of the v8::HandleScope constructor with an Isolate and use that consistently. 
I tried to limit the use of v8::Isolate::GetCurrent() and v8::internal::Isolate::Current() as much as possible, but sometimes this would have involved restructuring tests quite a bit, which is better left for a separate CL.

15754c6f1c Fixed issue 401: os.system() hangs on Mac OS X. 
Fixed by falling back to using 'waitpid' instead of 'waitid'.

c7925142e6 * Add rmdir, mkdir -p and umask to d8 on Unix. 
* Remove the non-working methods from the os object on d8 on Windows
so you can test for their presence with if (os.system).
* Add a test (not run by default since it only works on d8).
* Fix incorrect use of wait that left defunct processes (zombies).

745cccdcba Fix developer shell build on Windows. 
Fixed the OS check in the SCons build. Moved SetEnvironment to platform file as Windows does not have setenv. Added the d8-windows.cc to the Visual Studio project.
