cfebe6034c Assign unique IDs to FunctionLiterals
They're supposed to be stable across several parse passes, so we'll also
store them in the associated SharedFunctionInfos

To achieve this, the PreParser and Parser need to generated the same number of
FunctionLiterals. To achieve this, we teach the PreParser about desuggaring of
class literals.

For regular functions, the function IDs are assigned in the order they occur in
the source. For arrow functions, however, we only know that it's an arrow function
after parsing the parameter list, and so the ID assigned to the arrow function is
larger than the IDs assigned to functions defined in the parameter list. This
implies that we have to reset the function ID counter to before the parameter list
when re-parsing an arrow function. To be able to do this, we store the number of
function literals found in the parameter list of arrow functions as well.

b31cbbd443 Parser: store parameters in a ThreadedList instead of ZoneList.
ThreadedList is more memory-efficient than ZoneList. This also enables
us to use ThreadedList when making Preparser track parameters (upcoming
work).

cde9f7bfed [modules] Propagate module status when creating ParseInfo from SFI.
In the ParseInfo constructor that takes a SharedFunctionInfo, we must

db1cc0cf82 Parser / PreParser: remove dead code.
Eval calls are tracked by ParserBase::CheckPossibleEvalCall which
doesn't use (Pre)?Parser::IsDirectEvalCall.

Also we no longer seem to care about IsBinaryOperation (Parser didn't
have it either).

d2e90c5d81 Preparse inner functions: fix maybe_assigned
... but be less pessimistic about context allocation (see below).

We might have just (pessimistically) context-allocated a variable based
on references coming from an inner function, but after that we still
need to set maybe_assigned (pessimistically).

This makes test-parsing/InnerAssignment pass with
FLAG_lazy_inner_functions.

This was undetected until now because we didn't have lazy parsing enabled
for small scripts.

Less pessimistic approach: now that inner functions laziness decisions
are stable (if we have once compiled a piece of code with lazy inner
functions, we never compile the same code with eager inner functions),
we don't need to be as pessimistic with context allocation as before.

06f8e87726 Fix function name inference corruption for async functions
The code which pushes and pops to the function name inference stack
generally checks if the stack is active with the IsOpen method. One
piece of code pertaining to async functions was missing that check.
This patch adds it.

eefe11a1e6 Treat a '!' preceding a function literal as eager-compile hint.
Some minifiers use the pattern !function ... () for JS code that should
be immediately executed. This change recognizes that pattern and treats
it equally to parenthesized functions.

A bit more background info is in the referenced bug.

4a5b7e32c4 Remove FLAG_min_preparse_length.
It originates from the era where we used to run a separate preparse step
before parsing and store the function data. Now the usage of preparser
is something completely different, so this flag doesn't make sense any
more.

In addition, this way we get more test coverage for preparser (for small
scripts).

48bbd1a7fe [parser,ast] Simplify MarkExpressionAsAssigned.
There's no need to return anything.

Also add a DCHECK to make sure that we never mark a variable proxy as assigned
that is already resolved (to avoid potential inconsistency with the variable's
maybe_assigned status).

e80cfa000b Generate inferred names for es6 class functions
Inferred names are currently generated for FunctionLiterals but not generated
for ClassLiterals. Without them, DevTools does not have enough information to
make descriptive descriptions.

E.g.
var x = {y: class{}};
var a = new x.y();
console.log(a);

This shows "Object{}" when it could be more descriptive "x.y {}"

a63eeb485a Fastpath some spread-call desugaring.
Avoid using the iterator for arrays with fast elements where the iterator has
not been modified.

Only deals with the case where there is a single spread argument.

Improves the six-speed "spread" benchmark to 1.5x slower than baseline es5 implementation, compared to 19x slower previously.

8b649a41ec [parser] Only log messages using the pending error handling
This shares the pending_error_handler from the parser to the preparser, allowing the preparser to directly log errors to it. This removes LogMessage from the loggers. ParserLogger::LogMessage was already unused, so this also removes error info from the preparse data altogether.

da3e222525 [Parser] Added SMI cache
With the very same SMIs making up a big chunk
of the parser zone (especially for asm.js) it
makes sense to cache the AstValues for them.
This is not ideal yet, but already saves
hundreds (sic!) MBs of memory for Unity games.

dd4ce25cde [inspector] fix positions for single expression arrow function
Currently function like "() => 239" contains offset 3 as begin of function and 8 as end of function.

Otherwise we could in theory abort preparsing to the preparser and preparse again before aborting again... We shouldn't have this mess; so only set up mode_ in the parser in the first place.

32105d214d [parser] Give preparser and parser independent loggers
This
- removes the ParserRecorder base class,
- devirtualizes the LogFunction and LogMessage functions,
- reuses the SingletonLogger for all preparser calls

In a subsequent step the preparser should probably log directly to the CompleteParserRecorder rather than indirectly through the singleton logger...

4ff2cafe93 Preparse lazy function parameters
Parameters of a lazily parsed function used to be parsed eagerly, and parameter
handling was split between Parser::ParseFunctionLiteral and
ParseEagerFunctionBody, leading to inconsistencies.

After this CL, we preparse (lazy parse) the parameters of lazily parsed
functions.

(For arrow functions, we cannot do that ofc.)

This is needed for later features (PreParser with scope analysis).

5a18685e08 Thread decls-list through Declaration using a ThreadedList
This reduces per-scope overhead from minimally 6 words to 2 words, with one additional pointer per entry, rather than an average of 2 per entry for larger-than-4 element lists. For temp zone parsed functions it additionally makes the declaration-list actually freeable.

This introduces ThreadedList to implement the details of dealing with such a list.

84bbdc7648 [modules] Move MODULE variable back to Scopes, before resolution
Unlike other variable allocation logic, MODULE allocation does
not depend on resolution. So in order to give hole check elimination
(which runs during resolution) access to the information "is this
variable an import", simply allocate all modules variables prior
to resolution.

8cd5592f54 [parsing] When failing due to variable redeclaration, point at the variable.
We used to point elsewhere, for instance the right-hand-side of an assignment.

Small limitation: Since variable proxies only have a start position, not an end
position, the best we can do is point at the first character.  (We cannot rely
on the scanner's last token position because Declare may be called long after
the variable has been scanned.)

35a3ccbfac [ignition] Eliminate hole checks where statically possible for loads and stores
Move hole check logic from full-codegen into scope analysis, and store the
"needs hole check" bit on VariableProxy. This makes it easy to re-use in
any backend: it will be trivial to extend the use of this logic in, e.g.,
full-codegen variable stores.

While changing the signatures of the variable loading/storing methods in
Ignition, I took the liberty of replacing the verb "Visit" with "Build", since these
are not part of AST visiting.
