We also introduce a subclass of AbstractBytecodeArray to allow access
to the off-heap copy of bytecode array from the bytecode iterator.
Note that not all bytecode iterators have been converted to iterate
the off-heap copy; in particular, bytecode analysis still iterates
the on-heap bytecode array.

This patch adds a new assign type `PRIVATE_METHOD`. We now use this
for private method references in the form `obj.#key` when `#key`
resolves to a private method.
To obtain the type of the key variables after scope analysis, this
patch add a bit to Variable to recognize private method variables
whose load requires a brand check.
Also renamed `PropertyExpressionWithPrivateFieldKey` in ExpressionType
to `PrivateReference` and added `PRIVATE_CALL` to `CallType` - we'll
use the new types later when we implement private methods, which
require special brand checking semantics to load methods directly
from the context instead of from the object in order to save memory.

The CloneObject bytecode was only able to handle objects, null and
undefined, and explicit bytecode had to be generated to perform the
ToObject outside the bytecode (unlike the other IC bytecodes that
just perform the ToObject implicitly). That means the simplest possible
object cloning would also generate a sequence of 5 bytecodes (at least):
```
Mov <register>, a0
JumpIfNull @1
JumpIfUndefined @1
ToObject <register>
1: CloneObject <register>
```
That is quite wasteful and unnecessary, since the core logic in the
runtime already does the ToObject properly anyways. This change
refactors the CloneObjectIC slightly to behave more like the other ICs
and do the ToObject implicitly when necessary.

Prior to this CL, call counts at function scope were taken from the
FeedbackVector::invocation_count field. This had two major drawbacks:
1. for generator functions, these count the number of resumptions
instead of the number of calls; and 2. the invocation count is not
maintained in optimized code.
The solution implemented here is to add a dedicated call counter at
function scope which is incremented exactly once each time the
function is called.
A minor complication is that our coverage output format expects
function-scope counts in the dedicated CoverageFunction object, and
not as a CoverageBlock. Thus function-scope block counts are initially
marked with magic positions, and later recognized and rewritten during
processing.
This CL thus fixes reported generator function call counts and enables
optimizations in block coverage modes (more to come in a follow-up).
Drive-by: Don't report functions with empty source ranges.

This adds a new %_CopyDataProperties intrinsic, that reuses most of the
existing machinery that we already have in place for Object.assign() and
computed property names in object literals. This speeds up the general
case for object spread (where the spread is not the first item in an
object literal) and brings it on par with Object.assign() at least - in
most cases it's significantly faster than Object.assign().
In the test case [1] referenced from the bug, the performance goes from
objectSpreadLast: 3624 ms.
objectAssignLast: 1938 ms.
to
objectSpreadLast: 646 ms.
objectAssignLast: 1944 ms.
which corresponds to a **5-6x performance boost**, making object spread
faster than Object.assign() in general.
Drive-by-fix: This refactors the Object.assign() fast-path in a way that
it can be reused appropriately for object spread, and adds another new
builtin SetDataProperties, which does the core of the Object.assign()
work. We can teach TurboFan to inline Object.assign() based on the new
SetDataProperties builtin at some later point to further optimize
Object.assign().

When collecting JS block coverage, we track block execution counts on
so-called CoverageInfo objects. Generated bytecode and native code
contains inlined snippets of code to increment the appropriate
counters.
These used to be implemented as calls to the IncBlockCounter runtime
function. Each call incurred the entire CEntry overhead.
This CL reduces that overhead by moving logic over into a new
IncBlockCounter TFS builtin. The builtin is called directly from
bytecode, and lowered to the same builtin call for optimized code.
Drive-by: Tweak CoverageInfo layout to generate faster code.

This is a reland of Ie3ac389e1c082d1671efd4d74abc076ce943301b with a fix
for MSAN failures.
Interrupt budget was store in bytecode array and used to be shared
across all contexts. With lazy feedback allocation, using context
independent interrupt budget might lead to performance cliffs when
we have closures that do not share the same feedback (for ex: across
contexts). This would be a problem even earlier but it could be
more pronounced with feedback vector allocation, since the budgets
for optimization is much higher (144x) than the budget for feedback
allocation.

With lazy feedback allocation we load the interrupt budget from the
ClosureFeedbackCellArray instead of the bytecode array. The factory method
that constructs the ClosureFeedbackCellArray ensures we have a field for
interrupt budget. So, it is safe to omit bounds check here. Including the
bounds check increases the size of all jump bytecode handlers by around
~120 bytes. This translates to ~9-10KB of the native code size on Android.

Previously when lazy source positions were enabled, source positions
were immediately collected whenever an exception was thrown for every
frame in the stack trace.
This change makes source position collection trigger only when the
source positions of a stack frame are actually accessed with the
exception of the top frame which is still eagerly collected for now.
Additionally when stack overflows occur during source position
collection, the bytecode is marked with exception in the
source_position_table field so it can be distinguished from the case
where source position collection has never been attempted (undefined)
or is not desired because the bytecode is for natives
(empty_byte_array).

Allocate feedback vectors lazily when the function's interrupt budget has
reached a specified threshold. This cl introduces a new field in the
ClosureFeedbackCellArray to track the interrupt budget for allocating
feedback vectors. Using the interrupt budget on the bytecode array could
cause problems when there are closures across native contexts and we may
delay allocating feedback vectors in one of them causing unexpected
performance cliffs. In the long term we may want to remove interrupt budget
from bytecode array and use context specific budget for tiering up decisions
as well.

This is a pre-work for allocating feedback vectors lazily. Feedback cells
are required to share the feedback vectors across the different closures
of the same function. Currently, they are held in the CreateClosureSlot
in the feedback vector. With lazy feedback vector allocation, we may not
have a feedback vector. However, we still need a place to store the
feedback cells, so if feedback vector is allocated in future it can still
be shared across closures.

This was a correctness bug due to not properly handling the case of arrays with prototypes other
than Array.prototype. Accesses that were TheHole were not being handled property, both in bounds
holes in holey arrays and out of bounds on either holey or packed arrays. Handling was incorrect
both in access-assembler and in Turbofan.
chromium:935932
This bug was that there was no handling for Has checks on the global object. Turbofan was emitting
code for a store (the 'else' condition on 'access_mode == AccessMode::kLoad'). It hit a DCHECK in
debug builds but in release could show up in different places. This is the bug that caused the
webkit layout test failure that led to the revert.
Both bugs are fixed by in CL, and tests are added for those cases.

BytecodeLabels for forward jumps may create a dead basic block if their
corresponding jump was elided (due to it dead code elimination). We can
avoid generating such dead basic blocks by skipping the label bind when
no corresponding jump has been observed. This works because all jumps
except JumpLoop are forward jumps, so we only have to special case one
Bind for loop headers to bind unconditionally.
Since Binds are now conditional on a jump existing, we can no longer rely
on using Bind to get the current offset (e.g. at the beginning of a try
block). Instead, we now expose the current offset in the bytecode array
writer. Conveniently, this means that we can be a bit smarter about basic
blocks around these statements.
As a drive-by, remove the unused Bind(target,label) function.

Template objects should be cached after they are first created and reused on
subsiquent calls to tag functions. Currently these cached objects are stored
on the feedback vector, which has appropriate lifetime, however with bytecode
flushing the feedback vector could be cleared when the bytecode is flushed,
causing the template object to be dropped.
In order to retain the cached template objects in the face of bytecode flushing,
this CL adds a weakmap for each native context that is (weakly) keyed by
shared function info, and holds a linked list of cached template objects
associated with that shared function info, indexed by feedback vector slot id.
Misses will check this weakmap, and if no entry is found, a new template object
is created and added into this weakmap alongside the feedback vector.

If enable_omit_source_positions is true (defaults to false), source
position tables are not generated when compiling bytecode. They will
then be regenerated when exceptions are thrown.
This adds a new function Compiler::CollectSourcePositions which given a
SharedFunctionInfo with bytecode but no source position table re-parses
and regenerates the bytecode but this time with source positions
collection enabled. Note this will reparse all inner functions that
have previously been compiled since the preparse data is no longer
available.
With the flag enabled there still 18 test failures mostly related to
debugging.

cl, moves the check for feedback vector from the bytecode handler to the

"this" is a very common expression. By using a single ThisExpression object
we can both avoid allocating many unnecessary VariableProxies and specialize
the resolution of this since we know where it's declared up-front. This also
avoids having to special-case "this" reference handling in the paths that would
behave differently for "this" than for regular references; e.g., with-scopes.
The tricky pieces are due to DebugEvaluate and this/super() used as default
parameters of arrow functions. In the former case we replace the WITH_SCOPE
with FUNCTION_SCOPE so that we make sure that "this" is intercepted, and still
rely on regular dynamic variable lookup. Arrow functions are dealt with by
marking "this" use in ArrowHeadParsingScopes. If the parenthesized expression
ends up being an arrow function, we force context allocate on the outer scope
(and mark "has_this_reference" on the FUNCTION_SCOPE so DebugEvaluate in the
arrow function can expose "this").
The CL also removes the now unused ThisFunction AST node.

The decision as to whether to optimize an IIFE as oneshot depends on
whether it's outer scope is the script scope. During lazy compile, we
might have discarded scopes which don't need a context between the IIFE
and the script scope, which means we might treat an IIFE as oneshot,
even though initial eager compile treated it as non-oneshot. Both
bytecode flushing and lazy source positions rely on us generating the
same bytecode during lazy compile as eager compile, so we move the
decision into the parser where it happens once and is then stored in
the SFI for any future lazy compiles.

Storing a VariableProxy in declarations means that a declaration and
initialisation assignment are tightly coupled to use the same var. In
particular, this means that Var declarations in with scopes have to
clone the VariableProxy to split the declaration and initializer LHS

This patch changes declarations to point directly to the Variable, not
the VariableProxy. This will allow future refactoring to decouple
declarations and initialisations.

For desrtucturing assignments from null/undefined, we throw an error
that references the destructuring object literal's property name, e.g.
for
var { x } = null;
we report that we cannot destructure 'x' from null.
Rather than calculating this property during bytecode generation (and
including it in the bytecode as an argument to the type error
constructor), we can calculate it at exception throwing time, by
re-parsing the source in a similar way to the existing call site
rendering.
This slightly decreases bytecode size and slightly decreases the amount
of work the bytecode compiler needs to do. In the future, it could also
allow us to give more detailed error messages, as we now have access to
the entire AST and are on the slow path anyway.

The IteratorClose spec specifies that exceptions in
%GetMethod(iterator.return) are not suppressed by exceptions in the
given continuation (body of a loop, assignments in destructuring),
while exceptions in the execution of iterator.return() are.
This means that we have to split out the property access + a typeof
check to be outside the try-catch, and keep the call inside of it.
The non-split version is only for cases when there is no 'throws'
continuation (as is the case for yield* calling IteratorClose), so
the existing BuildIteratorClose can be renamed to reflect this.

Emit a single destructuring assignment for destructuring declarations,
which can be desugared by the bytecode generator. This allows us to
remove destructuring desugaring from the parser (specifically, the
pattern rewriter) entirely.
The pattern "rewriter" is now only responsible for walking the
destructuring pattern to declare variables, mark them assigned, and
potentially rewrite scopes for the edge case of parameters with a sloppy
eval.
Note that since the rewriter is no longer rewriting, we have to flip the
VariableProxy copying logic for var re-lookup, so that we now pass the
new VariableProxy to the variable declaration and leave the original
unresolved (rather than passing the original through and rewriting to a
new unresolved VariableProxy).
This change does have some effect on breakpoint locations, due to some
of the available information changing between the parser and bytecode
generator, however the new locations appear to be more consistent
between assignments and declarations.

Previously we'd always push variable proxies into the unresolved list of the
current scope, and possibly delete them from the list later in case they end up
being declarations. If variables become assigned, there were two ways to mark
them as such: The preparser would marked the variables tracked on the
PreParserExpression, and the parser would traverse the LHS AST to find and mark
all variables.
After this CL, if the scope already knows it's tracking declarations, the
variables are never added to the unresolved list in the first place. If the
scope is ambigous, it tracks the variable proxies on the side and only adds
them to the unresolved list if they end up being references rather than
declarations. The same list is now used to bulk mark all LHS variables as
assigned; uniformely for both the parser and the preparser.
In a next step we'll also use the scope to create declarations. That way we can
stop tracking variables_ on PreParserExpression altogether.

This changes a few bits about how continuation counters are handled.
It introduces a new mechanism that allows removal of a continuation
range after it has been created. If coverage is enabled, we run a first
post-processing pass on the AST immediately after parsing, which
removes problematic continuation ranges in two situations:
1. nested continuation counters - only the outermost stays alive.
2. trailing continuation counters within a block-like structure are
removed if the containing structure itself has a continuation.

The parser object can now be created on a worker thread, therefore we shouldn't access
global FLAGs during the constructor. Instead move them to the ParseInfo constructor
and set the parser fields based on these. Also avoid accessing always_opt flags in
bytecode-flags - instead accessing it in ParseInfo and propagating to the bytecode
generator.
Also gets rid of unused kUntrustedCodeMitigations flag in UnoptimizedCompilationInfo

Currently, Torque's builtin pointers store a Code target underneath and
callsites generate a kArchCallCodeObject opcode. When embedded builtins
are enabled, the call thus first calls the on-heap trampoline, which
finally jumps to the target off-heap builtin code.
This will no longer be possible in jitless mode, since on-heap code must
not be executable.
As a step towards changing the way builtin pointers are called
(function pointers will hold the builtin index as a Smi, and callsites
look up the off-heap target address and jump there), this CL adds a
dedicated opcode for builtin pointer calls to the compiler pipeline.
The calling mechanism itself is unchanged, changes there will happen
in a follow-up.
Drive-by: rename 'FunctionPointer' in torque/ to 'BuiltinPointer'.

Currently, the runtime IC functions deduce the IC kind and the language
mode from the feedback slot kind. To support feedback free execution
(for V8 lite mode and lazy allocation of feedback vectors) we need to
infer the IC kind even when feedback vectors are not present.
To be able to infer the language mode without feedback vectors, this cl
forces context allocation in cases where we raise the language mode in
the middle of a function. The language mode is the stricter of the
language mode on the SFI and the language mode of the current context.
This cl updates the bytecode handlers to check for valid feedback vectors
and to call into runtime if the feedback vector is not allocated. It also
adds new runtime functions to be able to infer the IC kind when there is no
feedback vector. Most of the builtins and handlers remain unchanged because
they are only used when feedback vector is present.

Emitting unwinding info for builtins for perf to consume doesn't make sense with
embedded builtins so let's just remove the option.
The perf support is meant for code on the heap and the builtins are not there
anymore. If we want perf to be able to unwind through builtins we should emit
the unwinding DWARF information directly into the binary, using the dedicated
.eh_frame ELF section. This would also mean GDB would be able to unwind through
builtins as well which would be great.

The Ignition statement list visitor will skip the rest of the
statements in the list if it hits a jump statement (like a return
or break), as the rest of the code in the list can be considered
dead.
return;
dead_call(); // skipped
However, since this is at an AST node level, it does not take into
account condition shortcutting:
if(2.2) return;
dead_call(); // not skipped
There is also a second dead code elimination in Ignition compilation, at
the bytecode array writer level, where a bytecodes are not emitted if an
"exit" bytecode (Return, Jump, or a few others) has been written, until
the next basic block starts (i.e. a Bind).
This can cause an issue with statements that resurrect the bytecode
array writer part-way through their visit. An example is try-catch
statements, which save the context to a register, and then Bind to start
the try region.
For the case:
if (2.2) return;
try { // try statement not skipped
...
}
the bytecode writer is called with
OutputReturn() // exit bytecode seen
OutputMove(<context>, r1) // not emitted
Bind(&try_begin) // starts new basic block
// try body
So, the try is emitted, but without saving the context to a register.
This means that the liveness analysis sees the read of that register
(as the output liveness of throwing bytecodes), but does not have a
write to the register, which means that the liveness escapes.
This patch fixes this by using the bytecode array writer dead-code
elimination (i.e. "exit bytecode seen") to inform the statement list
visitor, so that in this example the try statement is not visited at
all.

For subtle reasons, this fixes a deoptimizer bug with handling return

This CL introduces a ScopedPtrList that's a view over an underlying ZonePtrList
buffer. Whenever a ScopedPtrList is the top-of-stack list, you can add values
through it, which will add them to the end of the buffer. Once the list is
done, you can copy out the values to a real ZonePtrList. That way you do not
need to guess what the required size of the list is, and you get better cache
locality.

Previously when class names were computed and set as part of
StoreDataPropertyInLiteral calls, it was observable to static fields
as these static fields are initialized right after the classes were
constructed but before the class names were installed.
This caused the name property to be undefined for this case.
Instead, this patch always forces the creation of a name property on
the class constructor when static class fields are used. This patch
does kill the class boilerplate optimization, but currently all static
class fields are installed using a runtime call to CreateDataProperty
so this isn't any worse when using static class fields.
In the future, this can be optimized away by storing the name on the
boilerplate.
There is spec discussion here:
https://github.com/tc39/proposal-class-fields/issues/85
There isn't a resolution yet, there's still discussion about whether
to have the name be undefined always for static class field
initializers. But, I don't think that's useful as it would always kill
our boilerplate optimization (like this patch does ..., but without the
future optimization potential).

This JSAsyncFunctionObject represents the implicit generator object
inside of async functions, and also holds the outer promise for the
async functions. This in turn allows us to get rid of the .promise
in the Parser / BytecodeGenerator completely, and will make it
possible to build zero-cost async stack traces independent of the
concrete synchronous part of the stack frame (which currently breaks
in Node.js).
In the bytecode all the async function operations now take this new
JSAsyncFunctionObject instead of passing both the .generator_object
and the .promise, which further simplifies and shrinks the bytecode.
It also reduces the size of async function frames, potentially making
the suspend/resume cheaper.
This also changes `await` to use intrinsics instead of calling to
special JSFunctions on the native context, and thus reduces the size of
the native contexts.
Drive-by-fix: Introduce a dedicated JSCreateAsyncFunctionObject operator
to TurboFan.

This change introduces new intrinsics used to desugar async functions
in the Parser and the BytecodeGenerator, namely we introduce a new
%_AsyncFunctionEnter intrinsic that constructs the generator object
for the async function (and in the future will also create the outer
promise for the async function). This generator object is internal
and never escapes to user code, plus since async functions don't have
a "prototype" property, we can just a single map here instead of tracking
the prototype/initial_map on every async function. This saves one word
per async function plus one initial_map per async function that was
invoked at least once.
We also introduce two new intrinsics %_AsyncFunctionReject, which
rejects the outer promise with the caught exception, and another
%_AsyncFunctionResolve, which resolves the outer promise with the
right hand side of the `return` statement. These functions also perform
the DevTools part of the job (aka popping from the promise stack and
sending the debug event). This allows us to get rid of the implicit
try-finally from async functions completely; because the finally
block only called to the %AsyncFunctionPromiseRelease builtin, which
was used to inform DevTools.
In essence we now turn an async function like
```js
async function f(x) { return await bar(x); }
```
into something like this (in Parser and BytecodeGenerator respectively):
```
function f(x) {
.generator_object = %_AsyncFunctionEnter(.closure, this);
.promise = %AsyncFunctionCreatePromise();
try {
.tmp = await bar(x);
return %_AsyncFunctionResolve(.promise, .tmp);
} catch (e) {
return %_AsyncFunctionReject(.promise, e);
}
}
```
Overall the bytecode for async functions gets significantly shorter
already (and will get even shorter once we put the outer promise into
the async function generator object). For example the bytecode for a
simple async function
```js
async function f(x) { return await x; }
```
goes from 175 bytes to 110 bytes (a ~38% reduction in size), which
is in particular due to the simplification around the try-finally
removal.
Overall this seems to improve the doxbee-async-es2017-native test by
around 2-3%. On the test case mentioned in v8:8276 we go from
1124ms to 441ms, which corresponds to a 60% reduction in total
execution time!

For each intrinsic/runtime function we define in runtime.h, an inline
version is automatically declared. We only ever use 24 of the inline
functions. Even though we don't call the other ones, macro magic means
they still take up space by existing in various arrays and tables like
kIntrinsicFunctions. They also create code in switch statements.
Some drive-by cleanups:
- Remove the switch in NameForRuntimeId() and just use the table of
runtime functions to lookup the name directly.
- Remove tests for IsFunction, ClassOf and StringAdd intrinsics as
they are the last users of the inline versions of these.
- Remove the MaxSmi inline version as it is only used in tests.
Saves 64 KiB binary size.

Refactors the CompilerDispatcher to be able to enqueue eager inner functions
for off-thread compilation during top-level compilation of a script.
Unoptimized compile jobs are simplified to only have two phases - compile
and finalization. Only finalization requires heap access (and therefore
needs to be run on the main thread). The change also introduces a requirement
to register a SFI with a given compile job after that job is posted, this
is due to the fact that an SFI won't necessarily exist at the point the job
is posted, but is created later when top-level compile is being finalized.
Logic in the compile dispatcher is update to deal with the fact that a job
may not be able to progress if it doesn't yet have an associated SFI
registered with it.

This always creates the bytecode handlers as part of the builtins table
regardless of the V8_EMBEDDED_BYTECODE_HANDLERS definition.
Lazy deserialization of bytecode handlers is enabled for this flow by
moving the three lazy bytecode deserializers from the strong roots into
the builtins table (ensuring that they not marked lazy themselves).
To simplify lazy deserialization, the illegal bytecode handler is made
non-lazy so that GetAndMaybeDeserializeBytecodeHandler doesn't to know
about it.
Since the bytecode handlers are now always part of the builtins table,
many bytecode specific methods are removed, including logging and in
BuiltinsSerializer and BuiltinsDeserializer.
Removes setup-interpreter.h, setup-interpreter-internal.cc and

Previously the builtins table had a value for every single
OperandScale/Bytecode combination regardless of whether it was valid.
This change makes it so that only valid bytecode handlers are stored in
the builtins table. This prevents placeholders being serialized into the
snapshot (and embedded into the binary) saving 9KB in
CODE_SPACE/OLD_SPACE and 2.5KB in the embedded data as well as 66
entries in the builtins table.
To do this, it generates a new header file bytecodes-builtins-list.h
which is created from the BYTECODE_LIST and OPERAND_SCALE_LIST macros.
Since list macros cannot be used to conditionally generate elements in
the C-preprocessor, this is done by generator executable, compiled from
interpreter/generate-flat-headers.cc.
Additionally the generator creates the flat bytecode list so that it is
transposed from the previous result, i.e. the results are grouped by
bytecode and then operand scale rather than operand scale then bytecode.
This should give better locality for commonly used bytecodes and may
allow less commonly used ExtraWide bytecodes to never be mapped into
memory at all.
The cost to storing the handlers densely is that looking up a handler
now requires a binary search through the builtins table, but this should
only happen during debugging. It is also fixable at least for non-wide
handlers and could be improved for wide ones if the need arises.

It turned out that IterableToList doesn't always behave according to

When v8_enable_embedded_bytecode_handlers is true, initialize the
bytecode dispatch table from the builtins table. Also stops creating
the handlers more than once as the SetupInterpreter will now always do
nothing even when not starting from a snapshot.
In the short term, with the flag enabled all the bytecode handlers are
eagerly deserialized.
Finally, the bytecode handlers are marked as non-isolate independent to
prevent them being embedded in the binary until they can be converted.

In the KeyedLoadICGeneric case the engine previously immediately fell
back to the %KeyedGetProperty runtime function if the key was not a
Name or a valid array index. This turns out to be really slow if a
program passes for example objects as keys. Since we already have all
the logic in place to convert an arbitrary JavaScript value to a Name,
we can just call into ToName first and then operate on the result of
that, which is significantly faster since C++ usually doesn't need to
call back into JavaScript then to convert a JSReceiver into a Name.
This also changes the ToName builtin to use the existing builtin for
NonPrimitiveToPrimitive, which stays in JavaScript land completely.
Since there's not really a point in inlining ToName into the call
sites, the other uses were also changed to call the builtin instead,
which saves some space and might also help with instruction cache
utilization (especially when the ToName logic is more involved now).
This improves the performance on the microbenchmark
```js
const n = 1e7;
const obj = {};
const key = [1,2];
const start = Date.now();
for (let i = 0; i < n; ++i) {
if (obj[key] === undefined) obj[key] = key;
}
print(`time: ${Date.now() - start} ms.`);
```
by up to 36%. On the ARES-6 ML benchmark the steady state improves by up
to ~7% and the overall mean for ARES-6 ML improves by up to ~6%. Further
improvements might be possible here if the GetProperty builtin could be
made faster for common prototype lookups like Symbol.toPrimitive and the
"valueOf" and "toString" functions.

This CL improves the performance of creating [...a, b] or [...a].
If the array literal has a leading spread, this CL emits the bytecode
[CreateArrayFromIterable] to create the literal. CreateArrayFromIterable
is implemented by [IterableToListDefault] builtin to create the initial
array for the leading spread. IterableToListDefault has a fast path to
clone efficiently if the spread is an actual array.
The bytecode generated is now shorter. Bytecode generation is refactored
into to BuildCreateArrayLiteral, which allows VisitCallSuper to benefit
from this optimization also.
For now, turbofan also lowers the bytecode to the builtin.
The idiomatic use of [...a] to clone the array a now performs better
than a simple for-loop, but still does not match the performance of slice.

all behind a flag.
For now all bytecode handlers are marked as being not Isolate
