b0801678d5 [csa] block cloning to optimize branch on phi
This allows to return bool values from Torque macros and branch on them
without performance penalty, reconstructing good control flow.

Drive-by cleanup: Delete EnsureDeferredCodeSingleEntryPoint(), since
it's no longer needed. Constructing a graph and then re-inferring
deferred blocks based on branch hints achieves this effect
automatically.

e2ab7dae47 [turbofan] Stop mis-using Type* to represent integers.
This is part of the effort to decrease the amount of undefined behavior.
that v8 relies on.

The main change here is to represent types with class Type rather than
with pointer Type*. To make the CL smaller, I used an operator overload
hack to separate the change from `->` to `.`. I am working on a CL that
will remove the operator and change all those arrows to dots.

2459046c1d [ubsan] Change Address typedef to uintptr_t
The "Address" type is V8's general-purpose type for manipulating memory
addresses. Per the C++ spec, pointer arithmetic and pointer comparisons
are undefined behavior except within the same array; since we generally
don't operate within a C++ array, our general-purpose type shouldn't be
a pointer type.

3a0419a635 [Compiler] Split up Unoptimized/Optimized CompilationInfo and CompilationJobs
With the Ignition + Turbofan pipeline there is very little overlap between the data
needed for unoptimized compilation and optimized compilation. As a result, it is
cleaner to split up the CompilationInfo into UnoptimizedCompilationInfo and
OptimizedCompilationInfo.

Doing so also necessitate splitting up CompilationJob into UnoptimizedCompilationJob
and OptimizedCompilationJob - again there is not much overlap so this seems cleaner.

fc53eed14b [turbofan] Add the TruncateFloat32ToInt32 operator to turbofan.
The new operator converts a float32 input to int32 through truncation.
I provide implementations of the new operator for x64, ia32, arm,
arm64, mips, mips64, and x87. @v8-ppc-ports, can you please take care
of the ppc implementation?

bb2a830deb [turbofan] Make MachineType a pair of enums.
MachineType is now a class with two enum fields:
- MachineRepresentation
- MachineSemantic

Both enums are usable on their own, and this change switches some places from using MachineType to use just MachineRepresentation. Most notably:
- register allocator now uses just the representation.
- Phi and Select nodes only refer to representations.

74434403f6 [turbofan] Implemented the optional Float32RoundDown operator.
I implemented the optional Float32RoundDown operator on x64, ia32, arm,
and arm64.

For arm I also had to adjust the simulator.

2c74ec3fec Changed the constructor of BufferedRawMachineAssemblerTester.
This change does not change how the BufferedRawMachineAssemblerTester is
used in tests, but it makes its construction in other constructors (e.g.
in the WasmRunner) cleaner.

44b520f57f Implement the BufferedRawMachineAssemblerTester.
This utility makes it possible to test TF graphs that accept parameters of any machine type (even int64 and float64), which are previously problematic due to the complexity of C calling conventions.

c0c214daa8 [Interpreter] Add support for loading from / storing to outer context variables.
Adds support for loading from and storing to outer context
variables. Also adds support for declaring functions on contexts and
locals. Finally, fixes a couple of issues with StaContextSlot where
we weren't emitting the write barrier and therefore would crash in the
GC.

Also added code so that --print-bytecode will output the
function name before the bytecodes, and replaces MachineType with StoreRepresentation in RawMachineAssembler::Store and updates tests.

(Original CL: https://codereview.chromium.org/1347353003/)

Unfortunately, the mips gcc gets confused by arraysize on
variadic templated arguments, so we use sizeof... instead.
