b891858c8c [fastcall] Disallow constructors with fast calls
This CL makes sure that the API reports an error if the embedder
attempts to create a fast API function which could be used as a
constructor. It also adds corresponding cctest.

0bf11af7e4 [api][profiler] Surface CpuProfiler memory in HeapCodeStatistics
The goal of the PR is to add to telemetry a metric estimating the space
occupied by the codemap retained by a CpuProfiler and its underlying
CodeObserver.

This change is motivated by the addition of kEagerLogger to CpuProfiler
which when enabled let a CpuProfiler build a CodeMap without an active
session. This metric will help us understand better the space consumed
by a profiler in that scenario and will also help detect memory leaks.

731fd3f581 [cpu-profiler] Add method to estimate mem size of ProfilerCodeObserver
This patchset introduces instrumentation of the memory usage of the
datatructures maintained by the CPU profiler.
It captures:
* The total size of the strings held in StringsStorage for CodeEntries
* Estimated size held by CodeMap's entries.

The target is to surface that metric through telemetry to get better
visibility into the memory profile of CpuProfiler.

For now, STL containers overhead is ignored as it is implementation
specific.

d1b27019d3 [include] Split out v8.h
This moves every single class/function out of include/v8.h into a
separate header in include/, which v8.h then includes so that
externally nothing appears to have changed.

Every include of v8.h from inside v8 has been changed to a more
fine-grained include.

Previously inline functions defined at the bottom of v8.h would call
private non-inline functions in the V8 class. Since that class is now
in v8-initialization.h and is rarely included (as that would create
dependency cycles), this is not possible and so those methods have been
moved out of the V8 class into the namespace v8::api_internal.

None of the previous files in include/ now #include v8.h, which means
if embedders were relying on this transitive dependency then it will
give compile failures.

v8-inspector.h does depend on v8-scripts.h for the time being to ensure
that Chrome continue to compile but that change will be reverted once
those transitive #includes in chrome are changed to include it directly.

d701dde2be [cleanup] Remove redundant FLAG_SCOPE macros
FLAG_SCOPE_EXTERNAL can be used outside of the v8::internal namespace,
while FLAG_SCOPE can not.
This CL refactors FLAG_SCOPE such that it can be used anywhere, and
removes the redudant FLAG_SCOPE_EXTERNAL macro.
Also, UNFLAG_SCOPE_EXTERNAL is removed in favor of FLAG_SCOPE_VAL, as
the word "flag" in the macro name is meant to refer to a flag, and not
to the verb or action of "flagging" something, hence "unflag" does not
match the terminology.

being referenced by an active profile or alive on the heap, replace the
|used| bit with a proper reference count maintained by a CodeMap.

a8b61ef521 [sparkplug] Change bytecode offset mapping and introduce iterator.
Previously, we recorded pairs of (bytecode offset, sparkplug pc) to
create a mapping of bytecode offset <-> sparkplug pc.
These pairs were only recorded after builtin/runtime calls.
In preparation for deoptimizing to Sparkplug, we need a more precise
mapping.
With this CL, we record positions for every bytecode. Instead of storing
a pair of (bytecode offset, sparkplug pc), we store only the pc,
calculating the bytecode offset from the index in the mapping table.
For easier use an iterator to access the mapping is introduced.

9a31804bbe [profiler] Clean up CodeEvent tags
Clean-up and slightly unify the CodeEvent tags:

  * Remove INTERPRETED_FUNCTION_TAG. It was only used for interpreter
trampoline copies, which are used for
    --interpreted-frames-native-stack. However, even actual bytecode
compilation doesn't use INTERPRETED_FUNCTION_TAG, so we can remove
    it for simplicity.

  * The tag used by the above is now the same as for the bytecode
    creation event, i.e. EVAL_TAG, SCRIPT_TAG, FUNCTION_TAG or
LAZY_COMPILE, depending on whether this was a script, and eval, an
eager or a lazy compile (respectively.

  * Baseline was also using INTERPRETED_FUNCTION_TAG, so now it does the
    same thing as above.

  * Existing code is now logged as FUNCTION_TAG rather than
LAZY_COMPILE, because we lost the laziness information.

  * The SCRIPT_TAG is set based on the SharedFunctionInfo flags, not
the compilation flags, so that eager inner functions are labelled as
    FUNCTION_TAG rather than SCRIPT_TAG.

14ad529b46 [cpu-profiler] Add a codeType to the tracing output
DevTools can't unambiguously determine whether code is JS or wasm.
This CL adds a string to the tracing output that will be 'JS', 'wasm' or
'other'.

bf9e8d2c00 [cpu-profiler] Don't sample wrong thread's stack in profiler
76217f5 fixed the profiler so it would only sample a thread if
it had the Isolate lock. Unfortunately, this fix missed a timing
window where a thread might have the Isolate lock but might not
have restored the thread-specific data such as thread_local_top_
for the locked thread yet, so the sampler might end up using data
from a different thread.

This doesn't cause any seg faults or the like because the thread
we *meant* to sample has the Isolate lock so the thread we're
accidentally sampling can't mess with any Isolate data but we can
still get incorrect sample data which can be especially obvious if
the accidentally sampled thread is inside code that would never
run on the thread we meant to sample.

Fortunately, we can tell when all thread-specific data has been
restored to the Isolate because thread_state_ in the
PerIsolateThreadData for a thread is set to a non-null value
until everything has been restored, at which point it gets set
to null. So the fix adds a check after the test for the Isolate
lock to check if thread_state_ is null for the thread we mean to
sample. If so, we know all the data in the Isolate is good to go
for sampling.

20feaf9a00 [cpu-profiler] Implement basic refcounting of CodeEntry strings

until we receive CodeEntry destruction events.

106a47fd90 [cpu-profiler] Enable deopt test
There is a race in the way we handle deopts that made this test flaky.
The race is not hugely important to fix, and is difficult without
breaking something else.

The best thing to do here is update the test to reflect reality so we
can get the test coverage back.

This updates the test so that the deopt reason can be found either
on the first or second level function. The test assumed it would
always be available on the second level function in the profile,
but if we get a regular profile tick at the exact wrong time, we
could end up with the deopt info getting attached to the first level
function. So we accept either.
